An adorable game with a charming vibe that makes it easy to set your cares down for a little while. The missions come with optional objectives which are fun and engaging to strive for without being stressful. The music is lovely and catchy -- I caught myself humming the tunes when I wasn't playing the game. I did sometimes wish that I could disregard building requirements to construct a street to my preferences as I was doing the missions, so I was drawn to the Creative Mode of Sandbox when I had completed all objectives because it let me do just that! Even after I upgraded my buildings, found all of the perfect recipes, and earned 100% Satisfaction, it was still gratifying to clean up trash, pet cats, and greet cyclists as the denizens of my little slice of street went about their day! I don't have complaints about the game so much as wishes: firstly, for more content -- I'd love an update that gave me more missions to play; secondly, I'd like the ability to toggle services from the...

Relaxing? Yes. Cute animations? Yes. Simple mechanics? Yes. Interesting? No. Re-playable? No. Maybe my expectations were to high, but the game play was not as enjoyable as I wanted. I finished it to the end nevertheless, but I wont play it again.
Loved this game more than I thought. It's cute, cozy but also challenging (enough). Though I wish it was a tiny bit longer, it was definitely worth my money.
I LOVED THIS GAME!! Now listen, I love me a small cozy game, and I love when I can finish the game in one day. This??? THIS WAS AMAZING. Being able to have that replay ability is such an accomplishment. And the fact that this game was made IN SIX MONTHS? OH MAN! To the developers, I really hope you continue to make games. This was one of the best "mini" games I have ever played, and even though I finished it (didn't 100% it all) I know that there's gonna be many more game sessions of me going through all of the missions, or even going into the sandbox mode. Well-freaking-done! Huge pat on the back. And to anyone reading reviews to find out if you should get this game - Get it. This is your sign. Buy the game. Play the game. I promise you, it is so worth it.
Cute graphic, nice animation, cosy vibe, pleasant music, and that's all the game could offer. If you're into simple, short game-play, this one may serve you well. If you're into something more complex, content oriented, warm story/hook, then it's a no for me. I quit the game after nearly 2 hours with finishing most of building concept there.
Minami Lane is definitely in my top 10 games of all time. I've always loved cosy games, and Minami lane is just that, its the perfect balance of relaxing while also including a challenge too.
Its a nice short game. The sandbox mode, is not that exciting, but the missions are good. For the price and the length of 2-3 hours I recommend it.
I love this game! To be honest I only got it because it was bundled with other games, but this might be my favorite game out of the bundle! The art is super cute and the game plan really enjoyable and rewarding. 10/10
i like the music and dont mind the sound fx. i wish i could disable edge scrolling, it really drives me nuts and is the main reason i just closed the game. i also wish the checklist would show cats petted, trash etc for each day so i dont miss anything. i dont like using the click on villagers button too often to check their wishes because it jumps the street around and theres too much scrolling back and forth. this has started to make me sick. if i could lock the street in a position of my choosing this would be easier for me to enjoy. in its current state i cant recommend the game. and im also not sure why you cant save sandbox modes. theres 0 slots for saves. the art is cute though.
I have played slow-paced games before and this is incredibly slow-paced, if it were any slower I wouldn't even call it a game. I'm glad other people can find enjoyment in this but it's definitely not for me.
