Snake is one of those arcade games everyone likes. This game is in dire need of some marketing because it deserves way more attention.
Incredibly unique, challenging and well made. Essentially a snake roguelike where pathing and quick thinking is key. You lose by boxing yourself in or by running against a wall for too long. The movement is responsive and somewhat forgiving, but runs can still be ended very quickly from just a couple mistakes. It would be nice if the combo bar had more of a use, and to see some variety in upgrades and worms, but still solid for what it is. I also found the runs weirdly long at 15 worlds 3 levels each, but I suppose the point is to complete it once, not replayability, unless you want to push the leaderboard.
I'm writing this review a few hours after I got first place on the leaderboards. Look at how many hours I've dedicated to this game. Look at how cheap it is. I shouldn't be first place. Beat me.
