About the Game

When you've been shrunk to the size of an ant, what was once familiar is now a wild, uncharted frontier. Traverse sprawling manmade spaces overgrown with nature with buggies that can fight alongside with you, uncover hidden secrets, and fight to survive in a world much larger than the backyard. The playground may seem familiar, but beneath its bright colors and towering structures lie mysteries hidden in plain sight. Are you ready to uncover them?

Survive, Adapt, Overcome

The world is relentless, but so are you. Shape your adventure with unique archetypes, each offering distinct abilities to match your playstyle. Whether you rely on precision, cunning, or sheer strength, you’ll need every advantage to survive against the threats lurking in the park.

  Stronger Together

The perils of the park are daunting alone, but with friends, every challenge becomes an adventure. Work together to build, fight, and uncover the secrets buried beneath the grass. Whether you’re facing danger side by side or continuing your journey in a shared world, survival is always better with allies.

Walking is Bogus    Introducing Buggies

They scurry, they fight, and now—they help you survive. Hatch, raise, and ride your own insect friends - buggies! Saddle up and ride through the park, command them in battle, or have them help gather resources. The right partner could mean the difference between thriving and barely surviving.

A Shadow That Follows You

The threat is always there—watching, learning, waiting. You don’t know where it’s coming from, only that it never leaves. The deeper you dig, the closer it gets. Some mysteries should stay buried, but it’s too late now. It knows you’re looking. And it’s ready. Every answer drags you deeper, every step invites something closer. You were never alone. You thought you were in control. You were wrong.

Everyone saying this game is bad because of the bugs don't realize that's why its in early access. If you played the first game when it was in early access you'd understand this is how the grounded grind goes starting out. The game will get better as the updates come out and will probably be better than the first game. (hard shoes to fill there) This is everything I have wanted from a sequel. I love this game so far and cant wait to see what comes in future updates. Highly recommend playing the first game before hopping in the second just to get a understanding and some story and lore behind this game.

You will get solid 20 hours of game in this early access game, will not recommend it if you played first Grounded and expect at least everything first part gave you, For example Tier 3 weapons and tier 3 resources we had access in Grounded 1. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO WAIT UNTIL WINTER if you want a solid 40-70 hour and everything we had in the first part of the game, And also it is most likely it will go on sale on the WINTER SALE.

i think its too early even for a early access ... the game doesnt have too many options for graphics the optimization isnt good play with friends is a nightmare due to crossplay bugs that makes you unable to join the session the connection of the game is terrible, if you aren't the host you gonna be clipping while having roll backs ... and a simple click to join the session of my friend almost crashed my gpu and gave me a bluescreen i think the game have potential ... but they will need to work more on it if you are wondering about the 70%+ positive reviews, they prolly played Solo, because the multiplayer is def broke.

I can not currently recommend this game in it's current state. I love grounded and grounded 2 is great gameplay wise, but the crashing, lag, and memory leaking is insane. I have lost my great friend "Peener", my red ant soldier mount. He was an ant of honor! HE WAS MY BEST FRIEND! NOW HES DELETED ALL BECAUSE THE GAME CRASHED! ;-; Can I get a RIP Peener fr fr on god in the comments

Unfortunately, we live in a World of "I want it perfect now". THIS is Early Access. Early Access provides game designers a test audience without having to pay beta testers. Many of you say, "You had Grounded 1 to test"; yes that's true, but I wonder how many of their designers from that game are on this one. Do they have the exact team that fixed all the issues of Grounded? Original Grounded was full of issues off the bat, but all the nay-sayers seem to not remember those at all. Basically, this is a great start to a game once you get by all the bad reviews. It has some issues, and plenty I've reported. If you loved Grounded I, then picking this one up is a must. The starting area is almost as big as all of the Grounded I backyard. There's still a lot left to do in it though, and its not the fully functional mirror image of the first. Our testing and reporting will help them have this game close to perfect once its launched, that is, until we find more issues. I fully r...

Plays fairly identical to Grounded 1 which is awesome since there's plenty of familiar elements. I was skeptical of the buggies (pet mounts) at first but they're not as strong in combat as i expected and much better at just being a distraction. The mobility of the mounts seems kinda crazy to me since it speeds up exploration dramatically (and also lets you flee from predators easily) but if they're going to make the world bigger than Grounded 1's then it's a necessary evil I suppose. My main complaint is that if you enter certain zones the developers don't want you to with the buggy (cold areas or labs) they just auto send your buggy home without warning (apparently you can call them back with T which I was unaware of, so it is but a minor inconvenience). One thing worth mentioning is that 2 handed clubs combined with the smasher mutation seems to just outclass any other weapon in the game. I was using the tier 2 Red Ant Club you get fairly early on through the entire game and nothing...

Game is cool , but the fact that the save files keep vanishing and multiplayer is very inconsistent make it borderline unplayable. 10/10 wouldn't recommend until these issues are fixed

Fun, crafty and base building. Checks standard boxes. Now, they conveniently gave us a slider for arachnophobes but failed to provide sufficient warning for large roaches in the dark. Very large. Very scary. 9/10 would run screaming again.

The first game was INCREDIBLE! This game has that same potential! Yes there's glitches & game bugs, Yes there's many crashes that can happen frequently, Yes there's immense lag online, BUT this game is still early in development and fun :)
