Hello Friends! I am writing a review for this game because i just beat it and there are few reviews for this game. First off, i am reviewing this game, not another version of it, but the steam version. I never played the other versions of the game, but are aware there out there. Now that i got that out of the way, let me get to the nitty gritty of the game. So this is your basic RPG game, which i like, but it is more like the Ys series. You control one character with 2 people in a party. The main hero is the fighter, so keep your eyes on his hps. The second character is the magic user. You will have to watch her mps. She does not die when you run out of mp, but she becomes useless at that point, other than her special attack..rage. This rpg also features side quests and hidden chests all over every map. There are also hidden chambers on most maps. I noticed you need to beat the area, then go back later for it to be open. Anyways, here is my pro/con list: PROS: -Ys like rpg game wher...

It's a nice and fun little action-JRPG title. Don't expect a masterpiece, but it's enjoyable to play most of the time. Has some charismatic characters and good soundtrack. Playing it feels similar as to playing some old action-JRPGs such as the first Ys games, Zwei, Illusion of Gaia and a few others. The controls are very basic, there is no complex system to learn, just buy the best equipment available at the weapons shop and move on. You can invest some time in building relationships with the characters by giving them gifts, but since there are no Steam achievements in this game I only felt motivated enough to do it with two characters which I liked. I give it a 7 out of 10

Nope. I can't even understand it. I went into a dungeon and was flooded with enemies, and all I can do is punch. Somehow, I target everything near me but couldn't figure out what that means, and I couldn't switch to my other character and all she did was follow me and do nothing. There is no tutorial, no changing the controls, so I have no idea what's going on. Too many games out there that are good to settle for this.

I was a little confused...going to the first dungeon and every enemy is highligthed as target....my only weapon is a fist that only hits if you are at the same level with the enemy. Dunno if the companion can do anything other than following around. No tutorial. Eh, I don't want to waste my life with this one.

This is somehow worse than the original retail PC release but good enough as a filler to show my cursed preference of games.
