This game is a port of the original text adventure from about ten years ago. I really enjoyed the original for its atmosphere and story, despite its numerous issues like bugged routes and freezing glitches. Unfortunately, I was hoping for an expanded version, but I was sorely disappointed. Pros: - Atmosphere: The artwork is generally good, and the music and sound effects enhance the experience. - Original Story: The story, while unchanged, still has its charm. Cons: - Lack of New Content: This game is nearly a word-for-word copy of the original, with hardly any new scenes, routes, endings, or choices. - Typos: Numerous typos detract from the overall experience. - Cheat System: The cheats have been downgraded. Instead of max stats and unlimited money after finishing, you now only receive limited options that don't allow for story progression. - Artwork Inconsistencies: The character designs do not match their descriptions. e.g., the protagonist is described as having brown h...

a massive waste of time. the story is presented as if your choices matter or could change the outcome, i didn't see anyway to change anything. the ending is massively unsatifying and pointless.

The Allure of Wanton Cove is a text-based adventure game where you play a detective on a missing persons case that takes him to the dark, dank, Lovecraftian island of Wanton Cove. Though there are spelling errors and the occasional continuity problem, for the most part, the story is pretty well written. You go from location to location in a small fishing village looking for clues in your investigation and the weirdness you see in just about every encounter. Along the way, you can choose to fuck a bunch of different people and experience the madness of the strange island. The game has a gender transformation mechanic and different sexual encounters depending on how much or little you've transformed. I enjoyed it quite a bit, though I suspect it's not for everybody. *Images are uncensored and without mosaic
