SEDAP! A Culinary Adventure

I rarely review games, but this is one of the most fun co-op experiences i had! Fast-paced, charming, and a great challenge. If you like Overcooked, you’ll enjoy this one. To the devs — THANK YOU for this awesome piece of art! I hope we get more levels soon.

This game was definitely a little undercooked and sketchy on the technical side when I first played it but there have been several updates since then that fixed the main problems I was having. Bugs aside, I had a lot of fun playing this game with a friend so I would recommend it to others seeking Overcooked-like games. I particularly liked that each player has a specialized role in the team and that each dish has its own minigame to play.

A fun and creative new twist on the chaotic co-op cooking genre. I've only played it as couch co-op so I can't speak to issues regarding online co-op, but I've not encountered any de-sync or gamebreaking bugs. Gameplay is good. It's simple enough to pick up while still providing enough depth and challenge to force you to lock in. The SEA theme is a welcome addition to a space where western developers, and therefore western cuisine, dominates the chaotic co-op cooking space. There's a lot more to life than burgers, pizza, steak, and spaghetti. an easy recommendation for couch co-op.

The ingredients introduced after few levels are very hard to discern visually with graphics used.. at this point overcooked is much easier and adding recipes on top of each other just to make the game difficult with no proper reason at all.
