Regrettably, I can't suggest this game to anyone in its current state. Lacking a tutorial or knowledge base, one is left struggling to comprehend the necessary actions. This should be the initial standard practice for all game developers. The user interface should be improved to make it more intuitive, perhaps by highlighting elements when the user interacts with them or using other visual cues. I’m not sure what the point is speaking to people on the street. They add no value, and the dialogue is the same. After finding a house for $65K, I purchased the garbage certificate. The locked house door prevented me from proceeding further. The office computer gives me no information and only lets me change the name on the sign. It’s an experience that anyone with a dream of real estate or a love for simulation games will enjoy. As you build your own real estate empire, you lose track of time. Despite a few minor flaws, it brings a fresh perspective to its genre.
Lots to improvement needed. There is a bug for the trash function, even though the certificate was bought earlier on the first property, it cannot be unlocked again / bought again for the second property.
