Review written as of release day with just under a couple of playthroughs on the first level. Has some good promise as a TD game. But currently I'd say 5/10 - nothing terrible but nothing great. With more work and polish and hopefully development to make this game a bit deeper mechanic wise this can be a gem. The release should have been pushed back a month IMO - just add that bit more polish and testing. If this was EA then fine but this is the "full" release. The good So far good "micromanagement" between building up defence and building up town. Adds that edge where you have finite time to deal with each facet. The bad The UI needs works, collecting resources amount element from level 5 buildings are obstructed. Rebuilding fences/walls over already destroyed ones become invisible Phantom object models, sometimes when switching between what you are trying to build defence wise, leaves a phantom object floating in place that does nothing and can build over but just looks odd The hu...

100% recommended. The game starts off giving you some mobile like vibes, but you quickly realize this is a made for pc game. The voice acted tutorial is great. Pros: Runs great Looks like a cross between a borderland game art style and Last standing but different at the same time. There are some funny quirky commentary and the game has all the charm of a mobile base builder like Clash of clans, but without the micro transactions and phone requirements.. Replay value appears tot be solid from first impressions. The devs are actually active on steam forums and comment. A rarity tody. The price is perfect. Cons: I had to wait almost 47 years before a developer decided to bring me my next addiction. If you are seeking triple a graphics, this wont be it. The graphics are, however, perfect for what this game is. I dont thave enough time played to give a more in depth review yet, But I will update as needed. Opening impression, I would give this a solid 9 out of 10 (you never g...
honestly it is not really fun. The gameplay is heavily repetative, you build 4 building types, have 4 or 5 "turrets" to defend. No strategic placement of the troops is required, the economic building placement is absolutely mindblowingly simple. The core concept is fun, but the realisation is just too holow.
DEFINITELY RECOMMEND. Thats a really fun game. It is perfect for chilling time ( on first average 20 days, after is chaos you must think, sitting straight and focus ) -Puzzle is amazing but time is not enough, i get stressed on making organized city please time little longer ( or on permanent maybe) -Night it satisfaction, running zombie is bastard...... >>>>Of course, there are a few bugs. After seeing the some AAA games, these are acceptable for indie studio. I hope they fix them as soon as possible so the game can get one step closer to perfect. When coming to HOTFIX?
Needs Co-op. Super fun game overall. would be better with friends. The game for sure has some weird aspects. but for $8 you cant complain and if you are.........maybe get a job. will be spending more time learning better ways to play. would also enjoy some sort of Sandbox mode
Been waiting for a zombie horde game like this. After wave 30 fences you place are invisible / are being placed and not showing up. Other than that 10/10 EDIT: After getting the farm plot meta upgrades for additonal farm plots, they do not show up, but if you work around having only two base plots then its not too bad. I am sure it will be fixed soon. EDIT-EDIT: They fixed everything I mentioned. Super 10/10
The "Z" apocalypse has begun, very highly recommended game 10/10. See you in the wastelands.
the game has very cute graphics in terms of aesthetics. the style and mobile-inspired gameplay feel like they have been carried over to pc, and this loop is quite fun. so far, i have reached up to day 21. the developer’s quick response to community feedback, along with improvements made in a short time by an indie team, is very important. i am looking forward to the new updates
Full of bugs. I cant even get past day 4 without it crashing. When the game loads it sounds robotic. When I fast forward it crashes. When I click too fast it crashes. When moving around it lags heavily then crashes. If i can run Annihilate The Space just fine then its not my hardware. Welp so far its a dud and i was looking forward to playing this
Fun game, great value but I was surprised to find the gates didn't merge when placed 3 tall. I also have to avoid merging soldiers into the flamethrower unit because of their lack of range making them less effective in a line of gunners but cannot unmerge that unwanted unit if accidentally merged. All that said I'm excited to see where this game goes, it's very unique
