I’ve played Mount and Blade since the Warrider days (hello TW) days, when it felt like the ultimate medieval sandbox when M&B released. Through tons of games, mods, and trying new things, I wondered about a good follow-up. Like many, I waited for Bannerlord. It took a while, but it was worth it. Bannerlord grabs everything I liked from past games and makes it bigger. Fights are larger and feel like movies, the world has more detail, and you still get to choose your path as a soldier, lord, trader, or bandit. It’s like being back home, but with all the upgrades I wanted while waiting. The community makes it even better. The game is good already, but mods make it great. From small changes to big projects, player creativity keeps Bannerlord interesting. Mods like Fourberie show how much fans add to the game and even take it past what the makers planned. After waiting and playing this series for over ten years, I can say Bannerlord is good. It’s not perfect, but it feels like Moun...

They removed their unfinished game from early access and are now planning to sell the rest of the completed game as expansions. I am beyond livid. The worst part is I'm going to pay for War Sails because ships and Vikings were literally the promised features that got me to pay for early access YEARS AGO
As an adult I've started to lose my child-like love for videogames. This game has crossed that jaded boundary and has captured my attention more than most. If you cant stay interested in games lately, I'd bet this one will keep you entertained.
Basically just a graphical update for Warband, and they never really finished it. Now they are selling DLC while the game has major recurring bugs and gaps in content.
I reinstall this every few months in the hopes that something has changed or improved, but despite the $50 price and years of development it is the EXACT same game as Warband.
It's been six years since release and much of the promised content hasn't come. The devs are adding one DLC that adds a silly viking faction that reuses assets from an existing faction already in the game. I love this game but the devs seem lazy. I can watch a video from 4 years ago and the game doesn't look any different. "Oh but wait YOU have over 100 hours on the game!" Yeah, I use mods that add much of the promised content that never came. Custom troops, improved economy, improved smithing, settlement building, diplomacy, a mod that adds 7 new kingdoms and 30 new towns/castles. If the devs cared as much as the modders did this game would be golden. I played through a vanilla campaign once then started a modded sandbox run that made the vanilla game look pathetic.
top tier game for solo players, relaxing and chill
I had a campaign and it's done bc they decided to launch a dlc that mods can take care of. Dont waste your time on this game. Even Warband was better with mods than what the creators came up with. Done with this game. DO NOT BUY.
The game really feels disappointingly unfinished. Devs have decided to stop updates to actually fix the game and now are selling the rest as DLC. I at least expected a polished game but you might as well just play warband because this game sucks to play. No optimization
Absolutely garbage, it's been 5 years since early access and 3 years since official debut, and the developers only did their minimum work to contribute to this game, still so many bugs, some of the areas that should be improved the most are still left there. And given the pace of updates, I hope there will be other games come along and dethrone this piece of shit, such as Chronicles: Medieval. PS: The Q and A section is like: Nothing planned, nothing determined, not even something we saw in the trailer. This whole company is a joke.
