About This Game

Monitor

Throughout the night you'll be required to monitor all 23 cameras. Successfully spotting the differences that arise and selecting the appropriate report category will help reach your hourly quota. Occasionally remote camera repairs and connection errors will impede progress and demand your immediate attention.

Move

Whether it's fixing connection errors with the satellite, or collecting questionable packages to deliver, you'll need to access the roof. Thankfully it's only a short elevator ride away from your apartment. Move quickly as leaving your place unlocked could allow for uninvited guests to enter. When returning input the generated keypad code to lockup.

Survive

Regardless of where you are in the apartment complex, any moment could be your last. Watch not only the cameras closely, but also your own surroundings. Managing both will be the only way to see the sun rise again.

The Story

As of 2021, there are over 85 million security cameras in the United States alone. More than half are easily breached—they monitor businesses, public parks, mass transportation… even your homes. The act of placing hidden cameras in such areas is also common, in fact there is a whole business behind it.

This presents a monetization option for shady individuals and organizations. Organizations that operate behind the shadows of the Darknet. You happen to work for one of them, and they call themselves ViVEX. Ran by ‘The Shade’ - your employer.

You are tasked in appeasing your employer by monitoring the camSPY network. A network of hacked and hidden cameras. You are to report anything of “interest” to satisfy your customers. But time is money, and you must meet your hourly quota or face termination.

Being the entrepreneur that ‘The Shade’ is, he has noticed that you live in a sketchy part of the city and decided to take advantage of this. You are to deliver “packages”’ to tenants in your apartment complex throughout your shift.

Get ready… Your shift is about to begin.. Should be a smooth night.. Right?

I gotta give this game a thumbs down. Adam, the founder and basically sole member of Reflect Studios has been called a sociopath before, both because of his previous controversies and conduct, and because of the intense and groundbreaking subject matter of Welcome to the Game 1 and 2. To be honest, I don't think these things make him a sociopath. What makes him a sociopath is his completely deranged game design philosophy. Believe it or not, this game is actually basically the fairest one he's ever made. it seems like all of Adam's games are defined by permadeath, long playtimes that permit very few errors (the normal mode in this game takes 105 minutes to beat, other games take much longer such as Scrutinized and WTTG2) and hugely RNG-based conditions, and often unclear factors that require clarification via game guides to understand. I have nearly 14 hours on this game but, between installing and uninstalling a few times and playing on casual mode, I'd say it only took me about 7-8 ...

Fantastic potential, but a game that punishes death so severely shouldn't crash so much.

This has fixed most of the complaints about his previous titles, my main complaint with this title is the lack of lore given for the characters like DelFalco as well as Lady Lotus, I have been following Reflect Studios and Adam's development since early 2016 and he hasn't really built out the story very much over the years, my second comment is that people talking about him making his games too difficult fail to realize that it is what made popular titles from Geometry Dash and Dark Souls popular, I would say the main form of criticism I can give for his older titles (mostly The Waiting Room) is that there is often enough wait time to play a full round of hangman while waiting for you to be safe, and this game actually fixes that problem as it takes 15 seconds maximum to deal with the enemies, the issue I had for a while with dead signal is how frequent you have to check for threats as each of them have a strict 30 second kill timer while at your desk, however in the 2.0 update gives y...

This isn't a hate comment, the female Noir is absolute bogus. I got an achievement for disobeying the enemy "Moved when Female Noir told you not to" I went up to her turned around and literally had my arms crossed waiting for the "10 second" timer to finish, about 6 seconds in she ended my run and I got that achievement pop. I didn't even have my hands on the keyboard or mouse. She didn't even have time to get her "don't move" dialogue before my run was ended. The game just seems to be littered with bogus run ending scenes. The game is good but what the fuck am I dying for half the time? The game really just seems like ragebait, I understand the mechanics but the female Noir is genuinely just bugged, makes it infuriating. I haven't ended a run once to the male Noir, Lucas only once. Female Noir I'm ending a run 80% of the time for literally doing the correct order of operation.

This game combines Where's Waldo with FNAF, where you'll observe camera feeds and search for out of place items, all while a threat looms always after about 10:30 pm. Incredibly stressful, and makes me very anxious. Would recommend. I'm terrified to try Nightmare. Also f*** you, Del Falco.
