a fun game. cute story. atmospheric!
I played for about an hour, and I was honestly blown away by how good the game is. The gameplay keeps you hooked, and everything just comes together perfectly. The visuals are absolutely stunning, each area feels unique, yet they all connect. The world feels calm and almost dreamlike, but there's this constant sense of unease, like something unexpected could pop up at any moment, keeping you on edge as you explore. The sound design is just as impressive and really set the mood. If you're a fan of immersive, atmospheric adventures, I’d definitely recommend this game.
fun and atmospheric walking sim.
cute, simple and fun to play
cute short little experience. i liked it! playable on steam deck
From the very first moment, the music pulled me in, it’s absolutely fantastic. It’s not just background noise; it’s perfectly timed and adds so much emotion to every scene. Seriously, the soundtrack is a masterpiece on its own. But what really makes this game special is its meaning. It’s not just about playing a game; it’s about experiencing something deeper. The story, the visuals, the whole vibe, it feels like you’re stepping into a living piece of art. A huge thank you to SIAVASH, the genius behind this game! You’ve created something so unique and beautiful, and I’m so grateful I got to play it. You can tell how much heart and soul went into making this.
"Botanical Chronicle" is like stepping into a magical greenhouse where the plants have more secrets than your nosy neighbor. The hand-drawn art is so gorgeous you'll wish you could hang it on your wall, and the soothing soundtrack makes you feel like you’ve entered a zen garden—until a tricky puzzle smacks you out of your botanical bliss. The gameplay is fun and challenging, though at times you'll wonder if the plants are conspiring against you. The story pulls you in, making you care about the fate of this leafy little world, even if you occasionally get stuck and feel like shouting, "Photosynthesize faster!" All in all, it’s a delightful mix of charm, challenge, and chlorophyll. Perfect for puzzle lovers and plant enthusiasts—or anyone who wants an excuse to avoid watering their real plants.
Amazing atmosphere in all stages of the game. There is an interesting tension between the robots/machine infrastructure versus the nature elements. I like that he's fighting for nature even in the face of the other more powerful robots. I think it showcases a short tense, but relatable analogy of our modern world. I would recommend!
love the graphic and sound, its chill, mysterious in a good way. at first i was a bit confused what to do, but when you explore the game you will appreciate the fact that you should find out what to do. not forget mentioning of playing with rhythm of the game (sometimes chill then in a moment its like a hit and run game.). that would be nice if you guys add more options in settings part and implant an infinite game mode which you can try to get a score by staying alive or something like that. thanks for the fun and relaxation that you guys gave me (as an fps lover i needed it.).
