About This Game

This is a game for anyone who studies Japanese, or did so long ago. Some kanji have been split up into their components, and you have to put them back together. Drag and drop the components to play, and pick up some language along the way!

4 difficulty levels that roughly correspond with levels N4, N3, N2, N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT)
a branching story with different endings: what weapon will you pick?
a spaced repetition system that chooses the next kanji challenge based on your mistakes so far

Note: the game assumes at least beginner knowledge of Japanese language. Specifically, JLPT level N4 is recommended for an enjoyable experience. This game is not good at teaching you the basics.
