I really wanted a tiling manager like this, but if you want to buy it, don't get it on Steam. It will always display that you're using this application to your friends, and it requires Steam to be running.

About This Game
NEW! Mosaico supports fullscreen borderless windows
Mosaico can now make your games run fullscreen in a borderless window! This means that ALT+TABing out of the game doesn’t disrupt your desktop anymore. It’s easier to use voice-chat and video-capture apps. You can also lock/unlock mouse cursor to game’s window automatically or via a keyboard shortcut.
About the Software
Organize your apps on screen and create a different layout for each activity! With Mosaico you can easily create app layout snapshots and quickly switch between them, saving you a lot of time and improving your productivity. It’s like a virtual desktop, but more flexible and more powerful.
Advanced window management
Mosaico greatly improves the basic Windows™ positioning feature. You can create a desktop layout by dragging windows around, Mosaico will show the available positions directly on screen. Drop the window and Mosaico will automatically resize it to fit the new position. Fast and easy.Mosaico is ideal when you work with many windows at the same time. Create your own layouts, capture them in a snapshot and restore any of them with a single mouse click. Mosaico will automatically launch the needed apps, resize and reposition them! Each snapshot is fully customizable: you can add or remove apps, enable or disable them, change command line arguments and much more.
Mosaico is perfect if you have a multi-monitor setup, too. You can send an app to another monitor and it will keep its proportion to the new screen. You can also automatically restore a snapshot when you connect an external monitor, for example for a presentation with a projector (this feature coming soon!)
Mosaico is all about speed and personalization!
There are configurable global shortcuts (for you, keyboard ninjas), tens of layouts to choose from and a lot of options to tailor your experience exactly the way you want it to be.Mosaico doesn’t get in the way. It doesn’t slow down your PC. It doesn’t waste your memory and it doesn’t waste screen real estate. Just send it to system tray and continue using it normally.
Mosaico is easy to use. It saves time, and it’s constantly being improved by users feedback.

Oh dear god... this new update actually made it even worse. Thank you uakiki for responding. Unfortunately, these updates have done nothing to improve the experience. If there's one program I expect Mosaico to be able to handle, it's Steam - you know, the platform you're selling your product on. Yet Mosaico can't keep track of the different windows Steam creates. A chat window takes the place of the main window, the main window gets compressed into my friends list, etc. I actually switched to a different music player, because Mosaico breaks Winamp terribly. But Aimp doesn't even get launched or move by Mosaico, so I have to reposition it manually. Which is the entire point of spending $20 on a tool whose sole purpose is to move windows around. And while this isn't Mosico's fault, any application you keep open shows up to your friends as you constantly being in it. For something like Mosaico where I just keep it open, and press enter on occasion to straighten my windows, my friends c...
It would be a lot better if you were able to run Mosaico without having to run Steam. If you had that option I would definitely recommend. Great for productivity, works with multiple monitors, saves your window size "snapshots" and you are able to load them and open the programs that were saved in the snapshot instantly. Like I said, if you could run w/ out Steam (like with a key code) I would recommend it because of how useful it is.
Don't buy this, there are loads of free varieties of this. I don't know why i bought it. it is lacking a few desireble features.
Update Suggestions: 1. Ability to snap Mosaic window to side of window. It doesn't make much sense to have it hidden at the top of the page, especially with a web browser like Chrome. 2. Shortcuts to summoning screenshots!!
I use 4x2k monitors at home in various configurations and 5x1080 monitors at work and this software is absolutely perfect for this. I routinely run instant messages, browsers, visual studio, VMs and various shell terminals at any given time to jump around in work and development and find that Mosaico really takes the cake with window management. There is definitely a learning curve to the software and has a ton of configurability, but after the initial hump this software immensely speeds up my work space. Got a chat window for work? SNAP - in its rightful place off to the side. Got Reddit up for... productivity reasons? SNAP - Its on the left half of my front monitor. Found a blog detailing intricacies of threading SSH reboot commands? SNAP - bottom half of my portrait monitor. Even though this software is simple and easy to install/configure, when you do need to ask their support for any questions they are on the ball and truly knowledgeable about the request at hand; truly top tie...
Holy JEZUZ. Multi tasking FTW. This is probably one of the single most useful things i have ever downloaded. EVER. I would recommend this for anyone.
So, I've been using Mosaico for admittedly only a few days...but the promo videos look better than the software itself. Mosaico tends to crash a bit, and adds a measurable amount of time to startup. The "Auto" button isn't intelligent at all - command prompt windows are crushed to the point where nothing is legible. Windows are frequently sized to the point where only the title bar is visible. The UI isn't terribly intuitive; it's simple to the point where it begs questions like "I think I can make additional desktops, but I don't see how", and "Is there a way to manually create 'regions'? Now, to be fair, the nature of magically figuring out which window should be what size is going to make messes, and I understand that. I'm not expecting perfection, and I'm not expecting mind reading. However, a known window size for a command prompt seems a good place to start; frequency of the use of a window being proportional to a window's size being another, with the existence of a horizontal s...
Perfect for multiple monitors and made even better when combined with mouse macros. 10/10 would recommend.
at first i did not know where this app was for,but once you get the hang of it its pretty usefull if you have dual monitors.
