About This Game

It's been a few years since the zombpocalypse turned the world's cities into graveyards and sent the few survivors into hiding. Now you must gather them up and restore civilization to a ruined city, one building at a time.

Rebuild 3 is a strategy sim with a good helping of narrative and dark humor. It'll make you fond of your survivors before you send them to their deaths for the greater good. As you expand your fort to new buildings, you'll decide between farms or fortifications, housing or hospitals, and make tough decisions to fend off raiders, illness, starvation, and madness. And the dead are still out there wandering the streets, hungrier than ever.

Buy it on sell or not at all. Can't refund it because of that banal 2hr time limit, but it deserves it. A bit (a lot) unpolished, feels like it's missing various QoL features. The randomness lasts for all of the first mission before you start seeing repeats of everything on mission 2. The gameplay isn't necessarily bad, just gets very repetitive right out of the gate. Grammatical errors- from words entirely missing from sentences, to words not being pluralized. Lots of grammar mistakes. Spelling errors. There are automated tools that even correct for this *checks year* ye, this game wasn't released before the invention of auto-correct...

I didn't like how the developers dropped the horror aspect of the previous titles and I feel like they really could of capitalized on a novel genre of a horror 4X game but regardless this game was clearly made with love. It is a revitalization of the classic browser games (Rebuild 1 and 2) that I used to play as a kid.

30 hours down the drain and i cant finish it - why add features that break the entire campaign/Progress? Replayed an earlier level of the campaign which completely erased my first survivors, which were just about to enter the city "Hope" one of the later stages. So I can either play this later stage with beginner Character (level 4) instead of my actual characters (level 30/40ish) - which wont work since i only play on insane. Or ill have to play the entire campaign again before even finishing it just to get to the same point. I had fun to this point but a campaign game should not have these issues,

My comfort city-builder managment game. My Steam playtime is not representative, I have over 100 hours in GOG version, I bought it on Steam because the creators deserved it.

One of my top three or four games of all time. Just so much fun, so much personality. The citybuilding and the larger narrative and the threats are all so well balanced. Thank you for this game existing, it means a lot to me.

I remember loving the first games on mobile. I now picked up this "Deluxe Edition" and playing Rebuild 3 feels like I've played this same story and game before. Maybe my memory is hazy, it's been a decade, but I'm sure this is same game than the first ones I played. I mean... exactly same story and everythin. Apparently gangs and factions later on but if you've played these games before there is little reason picking up this one. You'll be buying the same game again, with different name.
