About This Game

Quadrilla is an autoscrolling arcade game where you have to clear lines to get points and carve a path for yourself. Pick up blocks, arrange them in a line, get points. Sounds easy?

Easy to grasp, hard to master!

If you're not careful, unsupported blocks will fall. On your head? Lose a life. In a skillfully pre-planned spot? Big points.

C-c-c-combo!

Depending on line composition and how exactly you clear lines, you get different scores, multipliers and combos ( and most importantly : the announcer exclaims them ). Experiment and find out!

In the zone

While digging down you will also encounter different zones, with different types of blocks. Perhaps some can't be picked up, and others are fussy about their neighbors when clearing lines. Some will be dense and leave you scrambling to find a way to get out, others are good for getting the combo multiplier up.

Quadrilla is basically tetris but you can move the blocks around at will. you'd think this would trivialize the entire game, except the blocks require connections to the walls, as well as blocks of the same type, or else they will fall. this lets you set up really weird combos and it's very satisfying when you can pull it off.

I'm pretty bad at this game. Like really bad but it's still fun and strangely compelling. The need to balance moving blocks out of the way and setting up combos is really satisfying. Feel like I got my money's worth several times over.

Quadrilla offers a cleverly challenging spin on classic tetromino puzzling with Treasure-like depth in its scoring and combo systems. It's marred by a few sharp edges (particularly in its user interface), but that doesn't stop it from being thoroughly captivating.

Addictive little mix of tetris and a auto-scroller. Fun and unique.

I am very bad at this game, but it's exclusively my skill issue; the game itself is pretty fine! Would love a default control scheme for controller (might work pretty easily with d-pad , right stick and triggers, or maybe even d-pad and face buttons, and then the bumpers?), but it works finely with mouse and keyboard. Edited at 3.2h playtime (first review at like, 1.5): HOLY SHIT I MADE IT TO TOP TEN!! MOSTLY BY THE POWER OF SHEER LUCK AND SURVIVAL, BUT I DID IT!!

Mr Driller meets Tetris with some Puyo Puyo mixed in makes the game feel familiar but innovative. Survive and rack up Tetris style points by mining your own tetrimonos while you navigate the treacherous walls around your ship. Steep learning curve feels great if you're a bit of a masochist. Feels good as you master the mechanics and scoring rules. Biggest gripe: block selection can be finicky and often leads to undesirable shapes. Git gud I guess.
