An excellent system for hand drawing reference! I have for years depended on either photographs that approximated the poses I was trying to draw, or used simplistic and boxy hand position generators that give gross approximations of what finger look like. Finally, here is a tool that lets me pose each finger in exactly the position I desire and the photo-realistic skin textures allow me to shade appropriately. It is an amazing tool that far surpasses what else is on the market. If you're looking for hand reference poses for your drawing practice or other artistic pursuits, I cannot recommend this enough.
