This game has the potential to be something truly amazing. As it stand right now its very bare bones as far as real depth goes. But it is by no means awful in its current state, it just lacks the right aspects I think to keep your average player hooked for very long. I'd say at the very least take a chance on it now and view the money you spend as an investment for a hopefully great future return. Now I am gonna break the review down in to things I like and I feel it does well and things I feel need either further improvements or should be seriously considered added in by the time of full release. What I like and feel game is doing well at so far. 1. The art direction for character models is very charming and cute* (*objectively, rather then fluffy sparkly adorable kind of cute). There appears to be a fairly large asset pool for the models already, allowing for a lot of design combonations. 2. I like the concept and the visuals are amazing, but there isnt enough there to make it worth playing. I will check this game out again closer to 1.0. As I note, I had flickering on a very up to date linux build, this may not be present on windows at this time.

Right now there's not much meat in this game. So, with heavy heart, I cannot recommend this as much as I would like to RIGHT NOW. There's not enough meat in the game right now so if you're interested then please add it to your wishlist and wait until more major patches are release. Pros: -Art Style: I love this game art style. The animations can be a bit stiff, BUT it doesn't change my enjoyment of it. -Character Creations: The char creation is a good milestone to reach as it enhance the already good stylish art and let people make their characters. It's not perfect, but it's serviceable. My only complaint is the lack of picking specialization for the characters. -Combat: The combat is pretty fun but can get a bit of a drag if there's a lot of enemies or even multi-stages combat. I think it's shine the brightest if the combat is fast and brutal. Cons: -The Overworld Traversing: It's too slow. The map's pretty big and I don't like how slow we move. Absolutely recommended. The timeline combat is fun and engaging. This shows massive potential. Give us some more mechs and character outfits and you've got a true winner.

A+ Concept C- Execution The game is early access so there's still room to grow. However, what exists now is simply not enough to be engaging. The bones of the gameplay loop are there, and the combat system is promising. There's just not enough variety yet. They've nailed the visuals and the overall vibe. There just needs to be more meat in the gameplay. I'm leaving it as recommended just because this is a game worth keeping an eye on.

I love this game, the combat is fun and the animations are amazing. I have only made it to the mid game so far, but I love the progression. I can't wait for future updates.

it's simply incredible

i like this game as it delivers its promise on anime style combat. the custom character creation update gave it a nice sense of immersion.the animations are solid, but needs a touch up due to seeing the outline of the characters. a problem ive encountered is that when the scenes transition into each other the pointer arrow for my mouse vanishes and it causes me to have to click several times on the screen until i see it again,which i hope they can look into and patch. ideas for future updates to the game id like to see are as follows. -a hospital in every city -the ability to rng auto pick up random items or parts -its a big map, why not have an improved scan function to pick up random objects mass effect style or find allied forces fighting random enemies? -the ability to recruit allied robots. we can hire team members on a whim, so wheres our additional allied robots when were basically dealing with a 3v1? -WE NEED VOICE ACTORS FOR THE CREW MEMBERS.NOT JUST GRUNTS!HAVE IT REFLE...

It's a great turnbased tactics game with a creative presentation. While its definetly a bit rough around the edges (regarding balancing, the empty open world map and some bugs) the combat system is very fun and surprinsingly deep with A LOT of tactical decisions to be made. I highly recommend this for everyone who likes turn based games where you have to actually use your brain and think a lot. The battles last around 10 - 20 minutes, a bit longer than usual in this genre.
