I am giving it a recommend based purely on the overall feel of it. The character dialog is pretty cute, the level design is kinda neat in town (though very basic), the dungeon design was kinda average-but-different. I don't know what they will eventually make out of the game, but it has potential. If nothing else, it's a pretty good example of "up front coolness." With the dialog and characters, the vibe reminds me of Maniac Mansion kind of (even though you're only playing one character). If they end up adding more unique dialog/interactions for the individual townspeople and their houses, could be a cult classic. But I still like the vibe. I should mention that the combat is very very very VERY picky early. Basically, you gotta wait until there in one square between you and the enemy, the you gotta jump the last square so you're right next to them and attack right away, then you gotta jump away if you don't want to get hit.
