Played this game a couple of years after it came out, and then I wanted to finish it with my family. I am so glad I found the game, as it was incredibly fun and quite simple for my younger sibling to understand. The art style is so cute, and the levels are quite fun despite having to navigate in a ball. I recommend this game as it is peak couch co-op, and it shows.

It's amazing, we love playing this with my two daughters, we've finished it a while ago, but we are replaying it now and it still rocks!

Lovers in a Dangerous Spacetime is best experienced with a friend on local co-op. Unfortunately there is no online multiplayer, but Solo is still worth playing as well. The thing that sticks for me was the colorful, varied level design and different ship configurations. Each turret on you ship can be custom upgraded using several powerups that will need to change to suit whatever strategy you need. The controls are simple and intuitive. It was very easy to pickup, even among friends of mine that weren’t as familiar with gaming. A good buy, especially if you have a buddy to couch co-op with.

So much goddamn fun! Grab some mates, a pizza and some beers, and lose many hours flying a spherical ship around a 2D landscape. Highly reccomended
