not that i can judge how well the japanese is in the original version but it's fun to pick up on kanji and getting more familiar with phrases and the way the characters talk. it seems rather simple phrases for the most, quite a bit repetition too, but that's actually fine. akira is relatable and adorable in her struggle with english. it's very neat story telling. it doesn't have or need that much options for selections, it's just fun how things play out and you get very neat place descriptions. maybe a little limited in artwork but the one that's there is neat. obviously a bit cliche wish fulfilment fantasy targeted at guys but still worked for me. very nice piece of nostalgia. makes me wish i had started to learn japanese sooner.
