Play here: https://youtu.be/6ALZ8kvtw64 Game is glitched hex towers will not attack invisible units as they're intended you can see it in the video at 1:38:06 that needs to be fixed immediately. I was so hyped for this game as I've been waiting for a maze tower defense game forever since battle.net is gone forever and it's an okay/pretty good game as it is. In my opinion I really wish instead of doing two towers a wave this kept a currency system and my god why are these maps so small and cluttered with crap it literally ruins the maze potential. You're literally restricted to basic simple lame mazes because of the clutter/small maps which is a shame it's okay as is not great. Review might seem a bit harsh, but I've seen this genre and what it can be and I hope one day we can get back to the glory days of maze tower defense games.

It's a very really fun game! It's too attractive to play this game!
Finally a maze tower defense game. I wish the other developers would understand that this is the way. The game is pretty well designed. I think the costs of upgrades need some balacing, and currently (August '23) the game is quite buggy. The upgrades I buy between games in the workshop don't apply during games for example. Visually also the towers should make it more clear who they're hitting and which effects they apply. Also, the targeting choices are too many with one key choice missing (target the foe that is closest to the goal first - which I usually set all my towers to in other games). Quality of life upgrades could include being able to upgrade towers even if I am out of builds. It does not cost a build to upgrade a tower, so I should be able to use it even if I'm at 0/2. To the developers: keep going! You're on a great track. I would look forward to bigger maps (most important for me so I can build more interesting/crazy mazes), more towers and maybe upgrade alternatives and...
Not in early access, but you'll think it is after playing for a bit. Has a good bit of potential, but it needs a lot more work.
Great potential, BUT game breaking bugs and devs seem not active. If it gets fixed, i will revisit this.
A very competent mazing Tower Defense title that somehow I managed to let pass m me by. The graphics are very good and I love the way there is a app[ropriate "tink" when arrows hit armour. Good (2) upgrade paths. The mazing is not too involved, but enough to keep your interested. You will generally lose at least the first run because you don't know the route (to set up an measured defense) of the flying enemies that come in around wave 20. Don't know that it is completely bug free as I hit a freeze after level 49 on Map 1, but not a gamebreaker! It's an idea to reset the tutorial after a few runs, because it may not all sink in after the first run.
Great TD, but there are bugs. I had to play the first level 3 times to get past Level 45 on the first map because the game froze. The third time I finally completed the first map to Level 50. There are some tricks, and that is basically to unlock all the cards to get better picks, scrap metal by throwing extra cards away, and of course when you get the right cards, it's fun. For example one card made the game a breeze and fun which was to receive a hex tower card for each platform I placed, and also the card in which you can upgrade your towers with only 2 cards. I actually enjoyed it much more with those handicaps. Oh, and make sure to skip cards until you get the cards you want like the overhealing card. The purpose of the game is to make the enemies walk the longest path, and if you spend time with this hidden gem, you'll begin to love it. https://steamcommunity.com/groups/towerdefensegamesrated https://youtu.be/CvC3P4R0KX8
Game is not labeled as being in early access but it clearly is. Has game breaking bugs and references to things that are not in the game. With more work it will be a great game.
I love TD games, and this is a good one. Graphics are good and clear. (I really hate it when you're playing a game and your not entirely sure what it is you've got placed everywhere.) Maps are nice, you're not going to beat them first try, but you can get there with a bit of practice. Still in active development, was an update this week. (At time of writing this anyway.) Not a lot of levels, but is very low price, and well worth getting.
