Fears to Fathom - Ironbark Lookout

Couple jump scares got me haha but pretty good game. I liked it.

I am bewildered by the positive reviews. These games last about 1 hour long. They're clunky, repetitive, and awful to play. The storylines are nonsensical and simplistic, and they are rife with glitches. Each episode should be priced no more than $2.

4/5 The game that kicked the series into the spotlight. Fun but quite short.

I decided to play this game as i always liked games set in nature and liked the fire lookout premise after playing firewatch, I enjoyed this game alot although it was my first horror (ish) game, i got jump scared once or twice but enjoyed the 2 hour game and would consider playing the other fears to fathom.

This game is a blend of two things I love, fears to fathom's art style and Firewatch. This one is my favorite of the original 5 fears to fathom games. F2F Ironbark lookout features a lot of unique settings keeping the environments and scares very fresh. I had a lot of fun poking around the environments and talking to all the npcs. I love that this game goes from feeling incredibly cozy to incredibly unsettling at a moments notice. If you are looking for just 1 game from this series to pickup, its this one in my opinion. Also the pasta bake looks delicious. 10/10

Fears to Fathom - Ironbark Lookout is a vast improvement from the rest of the series. The horror has been improved a bunch, using the setting to portray it. It also stops relying on jumpscares, instead more subtle things, such as sounds and movement in shadows. On that note, the setting is easily the best, being in a lookout tower, far from society. 7.5/10 Enjoyable whilst being slightly eerie, has the best ending out of the series. No.1 in the series so far
