This game has a lot of good ideas, but it really falls short of what it is trying to be. It tries to be like Slay the Spire (even having ascensions locked behind classes that go up to 20), but it lacks the finesse and difficulty of Slay the Spire. The only difficult part of the run, for most runs, is the first of the three areas. I think I've only died to the final boss once, and I've won maybe 20 runs? Once you get things going, your ability to crush enemies spirals out of control. This is fun the first time it happens, but it isn't very interesting for replayability. Sure, they spiral slightly differently, but really it just feels the same. The ascensions don't seem to add much difficulty either, and all the difficulty they add still feels like it only applies to the first area before you get things rolling. I've reached ascension 8/20, and still felt very little challenge, so I gave up looking for the challenge. Runs take over an hour usually, and the grind gets tedious. There als...

User Reviews
At first I was kinda like..this is hard and maybe I don't like it. Especially the freaking duck enemies, ugh, hate those guys. After understanding how to use the one Dice to change ANY number on the screen, from enemies health, numbers on cards, how much gold you have, and getting more mana -I was full on addicted seeing what I could pull off. One time I rolled a 17 on a summon fire minion spell, and become an OP god. It doesn't happen every game, but it was hilarious as hell. I tried going for the purity achievement, where you dont use the dice, but its hard lol. I love the different classes, it really changes up the gameplay. My favorite is the Builder (blue, green). I Unlocked everything and still play from time to time, 10/10
No Steam Deck compatibility.
An absolutely amazing game. If you liked slay the spire you'll adore this game, it's a gem with so much to do and so many ways to play
be imaginative on using your dice! I wasn't aware of the fact that you can change literally every number on your game ui and was just wondering why it was so difficult lol. You will have fun with it if you like slay the spire
I really like this game. One of those that's good for when you have YouTube or something on a second screen. The one die mechanic is interesting and can definitely save your run without breaking the game (too) hard.
Best card game ever.
very addictive and fun roguelike deckbuilding game. Lots to enjoy on this game, and a lot of my hours are offline.
For the art alone this game is a steal, the game play is wonderful, the characters and cards are all animated, it's a delight. Amazing stuff.
Geese are, without question, the feathery embodiment of villainy. Forget wolves in sheep’s clothing—geese are just geese, and that’s terrifying enough. They waddle about with an air of smug confidence, their beady little eyes scanning for their next victim. One goose alone is trouble, but when there are two of them? That’s when you know chaos is about to unfold. They move in pairs like some kind of honking, wing-flapping crime syndicate, plotting their next act of malice. And what’s with their obsession with stealing things? You drop a playing card, a receipt, or even a slice of bread, and suddenly—HONK!—it’s gone, snatched up by a goose who will then parade around with it like they’ve won a major prize. They don’t even want your stuff. They just want you to know they can take it. It’s pure, unadulterated spite. Worst of all, they hurt. Their bites are like little pinches from the devil himself, and their wings are surprisingly strong—like being smacked with a...
