as of now i wouldn't recommend getting it ... boring gameplay .. essentially holding down space and walking around , lack of diversity in skills and non existing balancing :( Has potential and i like the concept of the game but unfortunately has quit a way to go to be recommendable.. and by the current update frequency it will remain and early access title forever -.-

CREATE YOUR HORDE
Be My Horde is a survivor roguelite with a twist. Here, you don’t fight… your undead army fights for you! As Moriana the necromancess, who above all desires to dominate the world, raises every fallen enemy to become your faithful zombie servants. There’s no limit — flood the screen with hundreds of minions and leave no living thing behind. You are the evil one here!
In Be My Horde, your enemies aren’t obstacles — they’re your resource!
DEATH IS JUST THE BEGINNING
Harvest souls to unlock devastating powers. Gain perks during runs to boost your abilities, or upgrade your Dominion — your base of operations — for permanent enhancements by raising evil structures. Discover deeper secrets of necromancy and even unlock new, terrifying ways to raise your horde. There’s more than one way to drown the world in blood.
DOMINATE THEM ALL
Travel across diverse realms, each with unique visuals, enemies, mechanics, and bosses. Shatter the latter's strength by absorbing their servants, and then face them directly in brutal final battles.
The hand-drawn 2D art blends gore and charm in equal measure — admire levels with various random weather conditions and plenty of details. Interact with the environment by pushing enemies into meteors, triggering volcanic eruptions, or corrupting trees. No corner of the world is safe from you.
SPEND TIME WITH MORIANA
Watch how Moriana breaks the fourth wall and interacts with you between crusades. She’s magnetic, cruel, and completely unhinged — and she has more power over you than you think.
Enjoy fully voiced dialogue scenes with a talented cast, including Amber Lee Connors as Moriana, Ryan Cooper as Richard III Ovine, and Jacob Browning as the Devil himself.
The soundtrack by Davi Vasc fuses metal, jazz, and classical into a high-octane mix that fuels your wicked conquest.

Addicting gameplay loop, especially for that money. But the real reason of course is: All mighty Lady calls me worthless 10/10
This is such a neat concept, but the game just isn't fun yet. It's extremely repetitive, limited depth, and I basically leave "resurrect" toggled (an option in settings) rather than holding "A" the whole time. The one-liners from your character get stale (I turned voice down to 0%), and the meta-progression is so rapid at the beginning that the first few runs aren't skill so much as getting points to progress enough to seriously play. In other words, there is no amount of skill you can bring to do well before having lots of meta-progression. I hope this gets better because this game has potential to be a Survivors + Risk hybrid.
Interesting take on the "Vampire Survivors" genre! But "Be My Horde" misses frequent levels with meaningful decisions between perks. Every run is almost exactly the same, few level ups, few interesting decisions, practically no builds. Could be good with a complete overhaul of the level and perk mechanic, but until then, I have to recommend against buying it.
Poor explanation regarding game mechanics. Poor execution. Poor dialogue. I don't want to keep space button held down the entire time I play. Level ups are lackluster. The game cover is highly stylized. In game character portraits are laughable. Glad I paid less than $5. Curious how the rest of their EA goes.
My mistress won't punish me if I leave a bad review.
kinda bland in comparison to other games in the same genre
For such a modest entry fee (~$5), Be My Horde delivers an impressively rich Early Access experience. It’s equal parts addictive, tactical, and delightfully deranged. The concept is executed with flair, the progression feels meaningful, and its wicked charm gives it personality. With pacing and variety tweaks on the horizon, this indie gem holds serious promise—and right now, it's already worth your time if you crave inventive roguelite mayhem.
10/10 would goon again - goth mommy simulator, danke an Präsident Knabe <3
Its fun but you got normal mode, which is just easy mode behind a playwall or hard mode which is unbalanced to the point of impossibility. All of which takes place on an open field with maybe a dozen environmental assets present and zero points of interest. The final boss is incredibly simple. Every single one of her necromancer powers is unoriginal. The devs said they were taking a break but that was a month ago? Honestly it's like the kinda browser game you'd find for free on websites. Would not recommend you spend money on it in it's current state. Gimme some towns, gimme some fleeing civilians, gimme more variety.
