About the Game

#DRIVE Rally not only nails the spirit of the 90s. It reignites it for a new generation of drivers. Whether you're a veteran of dirt roads or a rookie just looking to get their tires wet, this game will let you redefine speed over and over again.

#DRIVE World

From the sunny landscapes of Dry Crumbs, through the whispering woods of Holzberg, to the chilly wilderness of Revontuli. Take a journey to a diverse world you haven’t experienced in racing games before.

Legendary Cars

Jump behind the wheel of legendary rally cars, including Das Holzwagen, The Doggo, The Bobond, and many more. We’re going 90s this time, so there’s also going to be new stuff. Das Sandsturm and Celestia just for a start!

Passionate Co-Drivers

Your co-driver can be your biggest cheerleader and toughest judge. It's a partnership that thrives on performance and emotions! Their goal is to assist your performance with helpful directions and navigation, critical to informing your next maneuver, and tips on improving your performance - sometimes delivered a little too passionately.

#DRIVE Design

Build your cars from the ground up to match your racing style and rally your way. Personalize the body, the paintwork, the decals, and then add that little cherry on top with custom decorations.

#DRIVE Arcade Mechanics

Simple enough for beginners yet addictively challenging and demanding in its depth. It’s a handling system designed to bring back joy to racing games.

Retro Revival

#DRIVE Rally is packed with throwbacks, nods, and Easter eggs that'll make any car enthusiast take a trip down memory lane.

Photo Mode

Get creative and capture your greatest #DRIVE Rally moments. Adjust the angles, switch filters, go crazy. Create the perfect shot and then share it with your friends.

i saw this review by someone, and they basically said all the points i wanted to make but didn't have the car know how to say: - First, people who say co-drivers are bonkers are right. The best thing you can do about them is silence them. They are completely useless. I've tried toying with timings, making them late or early, but nothing works, they spout absolute nonsense. It's not just that they are late or early, like they tell you not about the next turn, but the one after that, or maybe even after... Nah, sometimes they're just crazy. Like "left 2... left 3..." when you only have rights. - The f-ing co-drivers are completely useless, whether intentional or not, this shit needs to be changed, to something.... else. - Handling. FWD cars have absolutely perfect grip, like they're on rail. Which is an issue. RWD have soap bars where they should have wheels, which is another problem. Either way, cars stop way, way too fast when you brake, can't slip for ♥♥♥♥ in turns. And dri...
A rally arcade racer that is visually memorable and ok to play, but undercooked and not fully using its strengths to its advantage.
Built in such a way that you will end up driving every (uniquely handling) car at some point for variation, it also limits itself to a single overworld for about 24 or so races in a row per championship, making it repetitive anyway. You can go through the effort of alternating between championships manually, but why is that on the player? What's even worse is that despite the different overworld being visual standouts, there's no usage to create memorable moments. Tracks are uninspired, barely any jumps, watercrossings or anything unique to rally, just left corners and right corners. I know that sounds silly, but the one time it does something else, its a literal jump-scare rail-crossing. While each co-pilot has unique voice lines, the uninspired dad jokes get boring and the feedback fades into background quickly. What's worse is their i...

Moza wheel support apparently doesn't include steering? Can't get car to turn.

For 20 bucks, this is a solid arcade racer. It took me a while to get a hold of the handling, (it got exponentially better once I changed the steering on my Gamepad to Linear) I had fun with it. The co drivers are not great, I agree. If you go in expecting DiRT you will be disappointed but if you want a short little racing game so you can stop playing Need For Speed for a while, you can't go wrong with ones one.

To be honest I bought a Steam Deck a few days ago and spent most of my time with it playing this gem (Steam didn't count my offline playtime correctly for some reason). Very chill, looks amazing, sounds great and runs perfectly. Game is definitely more on the arcade side, but that's the best part for me. Also, I enjoyed driving physics. It feels basic and forgiving in the beginning, but it gets more demanding and much more fun with each car and stage. Strongly recommended!
