This is one of the funniest games I've ever played. The writing is hilarious. The contestants, the music, and even the sponsor ads are hilarious. You'll see what I mean about the music as soon as you start playing: each contestant has their own background music that's ... interesting. The acting is top notch. I guess that's to be expected with a pretty much all star cast. I've seen four of these actors at Comic-Con and Dragon Con in the past. I have autographs from one. All the contestants are entertaining in their own way, but Lilith is the clear standout. Lilith has to be one of the most memorable video game characters I've ever seen.

Sadly this game turned out to be rather bland to me. I feel like some of the questions were the same but just slightly changed. I feel like they were trying to be cringe on purpose but for me it was a bit too cringe. The characters are just okay, you can't really get attached.

I just finished my first try. My last 3 picks were pi guy, plane crash mother, and the dark goth. Chose Claire as my final winner but I can't fathom if i chose right even after the summary ending. Wish they said if i got it right or somethin, lmao. I am not even sure if there really is someone telling the truth in this game. idk, i played it anyways because i love indie detective games. I wish they would add fast-forward feature for replays of the interviews already watched, to save time. I'm 50/50 on this one. They couldv'e done this game better on its features. No one would wanna rewatch the same interview all over again after the 1st try, if they wanted to replay the game and choose choices differently. Kudos to the actors/actresses.

I had a hard time deciding whether or not to recommend this, and I think I'm on the side of recommend. The Good: Some genuinely funny and well written moments. The characters are silly, but kind of endearing. One really hilarious moment between Garrett and one of the contestants. It really is entertaining. The Bad: The editing is a little amateurish. It is SUPER clear the various parts were filmed separately. The interface is non-existent. (Seriously, there's not even an option to exit the game) And this is a little nitpicky, but I did not enjoy the character of Lilith. I get the joke, I just didn't think it was funny.

The problem I have with this game is that this game has no replay value. You don't even have trophy you could unlock so there's that. The questions you asking the contestants is just silly and then after each round there's sponsor video the dumbest things I've ever seen.

In Truth you play as the audience and get to choose from a list of questions to ask the contestants. After a limited number of questions the round is over and you must decide who to eliminate. The game continues on like that until only one contestant is remaining. The winner gets a million dollars, we get to hear their thoughts on winning and are treated to a text based epilogue where we hear what they did with the money. The actors in this game did a good job. Overall though I would say that the writing in this game wasn't as good as Vegas Tales. This game follows a similar format, ask questions pick a winner, host an actor from Star Trek Voyager ect. Truth didn't have as many wow I wasn't expecting them to say that moments as Vegas Tales did though. I couldn't find a way to save the game, or any settings to adjust. It would be nice if Truth had settings options but I have been informed that saving is done automatically. Over all though this was a fun game. I'll be looking out for ...
