About This Game

Rags to Riches

Your journey to culinary greatness begins today. Take your restaurant from a lowly 1-star eatery cooking corndogs to a luxury 5-star establishment serving delicious steaks.

Throughout your journey, you'll improve your restaurant with new equipment, food upgrades, and more.

Plan Your Menu

In Cook, Serve, Delicious you can cook 30 different foods. Upgrade individual foods to add new ingredients, increase menu prices, and up the difficulty.

Meanwhile, dynamic events such as weather will impact the popularity of your menu and encourage you to keep things fresh!

Cook with Friends in Local Multiplayer!

Cook, Serve, Delicious comes packed with a multitude of local multiplayer modes!

  • Co-Op Campaign: Play through the entire campaign with a friend. One plays as the expediter who sends orders to the Chef, while the other cooks orders given to them.

  • Tag-Team Local Multiplayer: Grab up to four controllers as you take turns manning the chef station in the Battle Kitchen. You only have fifteen seconds to cook, and five seconds to explain to the next cook what to do first!

  • Endurance Mode: Tag team with up to four players to make as many foods perfectly as possible.

  • Strike Challenges: Take on 12 new challenges alone, or with up to four players.

Expansion Packs Included!

Cook, Serve, Delicious includes two huge expansion packs! Battle Kitchen Edition introduces new modes and 25 playable cameo characters from other indie games. Meanwhile, Extra Crispy Edition adds 10 new foods to the base game.

So what are you waiting for? Let's get cooking!

13ish years ago I thought I was just bad at this game and it was hard. Now after several years in tech and becoming very skilled with a keyboard (I was mostly a console gamer back then cause broke child cannot afford good PC) I'm slaying. Not sure why I got a sudden urge to play this game and go back to the first in the series buy hey, here I am.

Cook, Serve, Delicious! isn’t your average cooking game - it’s a real test of reflexes, memory and multitasking skills. Released in 2013 by Vertigo Gaming, it takes a simple idea - running a restaurant - and turns it into something surprisingly intense. You start off inheriting a run-down little place in a massive skyscraper, with the goal of turning it into a five star hotspot. Sounds easy… but it’s not. Each in-game day is a race against the clock: customers ordering everything from quick coffees to complex multi-course meals. The interface seems straightforward at first, but within minutes you’ll be frantically hitting key combos to keep everything on track. The variety of dishes is great (hot dogs, pasta, steaks, salads), each with its own timing and prep steps. You’ve also got to keep the kitchen clean and manage tasks while the clock ticks mercilessly down. Nailing a lunch rush without a single mistake feels amazing; messing up even one order can be instantly frustr...

At its best, it is perhaps the greatest achievement of the madcap time management style of game design I've experienced. Once the game gets going, and you are able to hit a flow state of balancing different cooking styles, accessing personal memory shortcuts of which key on the keyboard means which ingredient (which changes from food item to food item), and figuring out when to pick certain tasks which allow you time to survey your options it feels like all of the animal instinctive parts of your brain are firing on all cylinders and can be intensely addictive. However, (or perhaps fortunately, since it means I did not devolve into a slobbering ape who lives only to push buttons all day) the game does have plenty of shortcomings. Firstly, it is too long; the periods in-between the Restaurant Stars you earn drag a bit and you are left spinning your wheels at the same level of challenge which little change in process. In the late game, the requirements to play the final challenge lev...

Extremely fun mix of time management and management sim. Challenging without being overly punishing, once you get into a rhythm, it becomes very addictive. Enough variety to never feel dull. Well worth the cost.

Excellent game that I can't help but come back to from time to time. I played the original fangame (Ore no Ryomi) back when it came out, and it's amazing to have seen that grow into a whole franchise. The first game is still by far my favourite of the three; the recipes are unique and memorable, to point that I don't think I'll every lose the muscle memory for lasagna.

this game is fabulous & i cant believe i had never heard of it. i have played a lot of cooking style games mostly on android & 3ds. this game is just brilliant. usually you have to drag & drop or swipe the screen to chop or stir or serrve etc which can be hit & miss & after not all that long the games get too repetitive. this game even though it can feel a bit hectic, it has more depth to it in that there is a setting, you get emails & there seems to be a lot going on in them. i installed this game not knowing what to expect & in the blink of an eye 3..6 hours had passed & it feels like 5 minutes if that. i love the way you can buy your menu & you have to put a bit of thought into it because every dish has pros & cons so if you serve too much junk food you get more trash to clean out or you have to wash dishes & other stuff which can take up your time away from cooking & serving customers but then you can buy upgrades to counter act such as a dishwasher, i think its just brilliant. i ...
