About This Game

Plague Inc: Evolved is a unique mix of high strategy and terrifyingly realistic simulation. Your pathogen has just infected 'Patient Zero' - now you must bring about the end of human history by evolving a deadly, global Plague whilst adapting against everything humanity can do to defend itself.
Plague Inc. is so realistic that the CDC even asked the developer to come and speak about the infection models in the game!
“The game creates a compelling world that engages the public on serious public health topics.”
- Ali S. Khan, CDC
Over 190 million players have been infected by Plague Inc. already. Now, Plague Inc: Evolved combines the original critically acclaimed gameplay with significant, all-new features for PC including multiplayer, user-generated content support, improved graphics and lots more.

- 10 Different Disease Types – Master every pathogen; from bacteria to bio-weapons and mind control to zombies, end humanity by any means possible – different diseases will need radically different approaches.
- 23 Unique Scenarios – Adapt your strategy; scenarios create further challenges for your pandemic – how will you handle a new strain of Swine Flu, or infect a world in Ice Age?
- Hyper-Realistic World – Strategize in the real world; advanced AI and use of real-world data and events make Plague Inc: Evolved a highly authentic simulation of a world-ending pathogen. Even the CDC likes it!
- Competitive Multiplayer - The world is unlucky enough to be infected with two plagues, but how will you win the battle for genetic dominance against your opponent? Players get all new evolutions, abilities and genes to help them fight for global control and destroy their opponent!
- Co-Operative Mode - Two different diseases team up to infect and destroy the world together but Humanity has new tricks up its sleeve to fight back! Work closely with your partner and use brand-new genes, traits and strategies to smash cure labs all over the world before they eradicate you.
- Contagious Content Creator - Hit the lab and develop your own custom scenarios - creating new plague types, worlds and in-game events. Sophisticated tools support user-generated content to let players bring their deadliest ideas to life and share them on Steam Workshop. With over 10,000 custom scenarios already released - there is always something new to infect!
- Blinding Graphics - Full 3D disease models take you closer to your plague than ever before, city-cams show humanity's struggle at street level, and the body scanner highlights the full effect of your mutations, organ by organ.
- Deadly Data - Geek out with stats and graphs; monitor infection and death levels, track government reactions and cure efforts, then review your plague's success (or failure!) with full game replays.
- And much more... - Including speed runs, Mega-Brutal difficulty and genetic modification... Plus loads of new disease types and scenarios in future (free!) updates.

An exciting game with many possibilities, so you won't get bored, and certainly if you have a goal - to complete achievements.
Way, way too much guess work in the game. It's maybe fun, if you want to play it on a friend's account. Otherwise, steer clear. The game makers themselves even know how crap this game is. There is a "Pity mode" so you can get to unlock the only way to even beat the very first/easiest diseases. I've been stuck on trying to complete the Zombie plague for years now, and nothing, nothing works. Taking "upgrades", such as the ones that make your plague "harder" to cure, do jack shit, and jack left town. There is no actual strategy here in the game, beyond just randomly selecting whatever upgrades you think "might" work. Meanwhile, losing, over and over again, cuz of various random issues. As you do this, you're expected to pop the bubbles, the only actual game interaction you have, for various effect. Mostly the gameplay is sitting in x3 sped up mode, to see if anything at all works, vs 99.99% of the shit in the game will do nothing, and instead just lead you to lose, again and ag...
nostalgia bait - i remembered this game being better but this is actually very repetitive and similar with each run, so it gets boring quickly. the meta is a little bit different between diseases but it is mostly similar and some routes are useless. - this game feels like its been badly made in unity free version because the menus and the map sucks. is this the best the devs could do? - also it fails a lot in realism with the description of diseases and the symptoms, for example like misunderstanding prions totally. in other games i just cringe at the lack of realism in diseases but with this game i would expect getting the -ologies right instead of bro sciencing these facts. the mistakes are so obvious that even i notice them, i do know more then the average person but mistakes like these are just embarrassing, considering that this is game about diseases, so i would expect them research these things.
Absolute banger! Classic game I used to play on my iPod Touch. It's quick and fun. I would not recommend this unless it was on sale though. It is not worth $20 7/10
Cool game but not worth the money unless it has like 2$ sale
for some reason, this game depicts Georgia as part of Russia. f*ck you and f*ck Russia.
This game is completely unbalanced bullshit compared to the original. I have yet to win with my friend more than once on original with my friend
Bro this is so awesome, for adults and teens (and 11 - 12 yr old's) so worth the pay, and its very ingaging
This game is fun, and challenging as well, I got this game after having played the mobile version back a few years ago. One thing I really liked about the Evolved ver is that everything is already technically unlocked for you for free, and you only need to progress in game with skill in order to unlock the other standard and special plagues, no p2w either, the only paid expansion is the Cure Mode DLC but otherwise thats it. Unlike in mobile ver where you have to purchase Scenarios and Scenario Creator, its already unlocked for you when you buy the Evolved ver. I liked spending my time in this game replicating real world viruses like Covid 19 and experimenting with different diseases, cheats, and scenarios 10/10, money worth, would recommend to friends.
