The puzzle may be short, but I felt it slowly tighten its grip on my emotions. Its playtime is brief, yet the impact lingers long after it ends.

Leila is a deeply personal and emotionally resonant point-and-click puzzle adventure that invites players into the fragmented psyche of its titular character. Developed by Ubik Studios, the game blends narrative introspection with subtle, surreal imagery to explore themes of identity, memory, trauma, and self-discovery. Rather than relying on conventional gameplay structures or action-heavy sequences, Leila creates an experience centered around quiet reflection, emotional storytelling, and evocative puzzles that feel more like journal entries than traditional challenges. The game follows Leila, a woman navigating through different chapters of her life—childhood, adolescence, adulthood—each represented by a distinct visual style and emotional tone. The narrative unfolds in a dreamlike sequence of memories, where reality and metaphor blend seamlessly. At its core, Leila is about uncovering who she really is through the clutter and distortion of memory. The story never hurries; inste...
Oyunu ilk defa demosu yayınlandığı zaman deneyimlemiştim, çizimlerine, müziklerine, atmosferine hayran kalmıştım. Oyun tam sürüme çıktığında süresinin kısa olması sebebiyle demosundan çok farklı olmayacağını düşündüm, fakat yine de denemek istedim. 2,5-3 saatlik bir deneyime neler sığdırmışsınız.. Leyla'nın hayatında yolculuk yaparken yaşadığı tecrübeleri onunla yaşadım, yer yer gözlerim doldu, yer yer öfkelendim, onunla çaresizliği hissettim, yorgunluğu ve kaybolmuşluğu hissettim. Kendi yaşadıklarım geldi gözümün önüne zaman zaman, hüzünlendim. Bir zaman yolculuğunu paylaştım Leyla ile. Acı ve tatlı anıları ziyaret ettik birlikte. Her detayı müthiş bir incelikle düşünülmüş bir oyun, bir duygu seli, bir yolculuk Leila. İyi ki karşılaşmışız ♥ https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3550820820
AVOID | LACKING | MAYBE | WORTHWHILE | COMPELLING | UNMISSABLE Leila is a hand-drawn point and click game about a woman coming to terms with certain significant choices in her life. In terms of what I liked, I thought the art was gorgeous and I enjoyed the puzzles when I figured out what I was supposed to do. There was a spin on a Tower of Hanoi puzzle that was unlike anything I've seen and so that pretty cool. In terms of what I disliked, I found that sometimes the puzzles were too obscure. I don't mean this in a "the logic is difficult" sort of way, but in a "ok, I'm clicking everything and dragging things, but nothing is happening, so what exactly am I supposed to do here?" way. The game has a hint system where it focuses in on the item you need to do something with, but there was a puzzle early in the game that I spent like 15 minutes on and could not for the life of me figure out what I needed to do or what the hint was getting at. I eventually ended up looking at...
omg i loved this game sm. im a redhead woman so i was like "hey thats me, looks fun" and bought it. this game TOOK ME OUT. as a sensitive person, this game made me so emotional and the ending made me tear up cause i saw my mother and my self in the character. the gameplay was fun, and while i DID have to look up the answers to some puzzles and use hints cause im a little slow-headed i thoroughly enjoyed this. 10/10
My roommate's cat came into my room and i bent down to pet her as the narrator in the game mentioned "the purr of a cat". If you think that's cool then you'll like this game.
As someone who's sentimental and easily triggered emotionally, I enjoyed the game very much. It was like a gentle conversation with myself at most. Most soundtracks from the game were like as if they were giving me a hug and gentle pat on my shoulder, like an embrace. Although I wish there're more puzzle 'hints' available, I was so lost when I realised I ran out of hints lol.
:)
Game had some cool Puzzles. Art style is really good, they had some really nice ways of showing feelings and Emotions. Story Line isnt that Deep could have been better with a more meaningfull Story. over all a good Game for inbetween
