Edit #2: Played again since there was an update. TLDR: Still recommend the game. It's fun and cheap. Update: Pros: -Rerolls are a great new option. -The new limiting stacks of certain perks makes seeing other perks that you want later easier to get due to the perk pool being slimmed down over time. Dope. -When I first got to the last boss, it felt like the game went from really easy to getting 2 shot by the last boss. I just got to the last boss again and was able to defeat them. I'm not sure whether it was the last boss difficulty being tuned down or if it was the fact that towards the end of the game I was just spamming max HP and Damage due to having all other perks unlocked. Maybe a combination of both. Either way, the boss went from impossible to doable so that's cool. Cons: -While the perk limit system made it easier to see other perks that you want eventually; it seems that now perks have rarity which makes some perks almost impossible to see before the first boss. At this point, no, I wouldn't recommend this game. I played it maybe two weeks ago and had alot of fun! The game kind of requires a certain build, but it's not the end of the world. Right? The most recent update added a rarity system to the perks, which could be a fun idea! The issue is that the game still basically requires certain perks for you to get anywhere (volley being the key one), and now those perks are incredibly rare. So you end up banging your head against the first ten or so rounds over and over again because you can't get the right combo of perks. It's one very simple change but it ruins the flow of the game and takes alot of enjoyment out of it. You don't feel like you're learning something in these failed runs either like in other rougelike games. You're just discovering "oh right, I really need Volley"
love it 👍
Fun enough, but simply not enough content to be worth playing for more than an hour. Get your achievements and get a refund.
Fun and promising game, the developer is rapidly addressing suggestions from the community! At the price point it's a blast. Looking forward to the updates to this game and future releases from the team!
This game is a fun little time, feels like a mobile game. Of course there are many things that could be improved upon but for the price it is a banger honestly, once you get a run going it's very fun to just blast away every enemy in the screen. The final boss is tricky because of how much he can self-heal, but it's not that hard of a fight with a maxed out build Learning this game was made by brazilians just made my experience a lot more special, keep it up guys
