When this game first came out, I was disappointed to say the least. Missing content, unoptimized game play, and many MANY bugs. Hell, it killed the thermal paste on my gpu from overheating so bad. With that being the case at the time and what looked to be a dev team that was more focused on just getting as much money as they could rather than fix the problems, I opted to leave the game for a few years. Today being the 4 of Aug in 2025, almost 2 years since release, I came back and was delighted to see most, if not all, the bugs I had experienced got fixed, along with being overall more optimized which allowed for lower temps on my PC. With that being said however, CURRENTLY AT THE TIME OF WRITING THIS REVIEW, I would NOT recommend this game as it is uncertain what will happen to it as Microsoft recently gutted the dev team. Only time will tell if this game will become the definitive end of Forza Motorsport.

1.buy it 2.install it 3.can`t login to play 4.uninstall it 5.refund it 6.waste of time 7.no recommend it it feel just like a customer buying a new car without the key to drive the car........and seller say to u: U need to find the key on your own (IN TWO HOUR).....good luck..... mtfk....wahahahaha!!! me: WTF???
pretty bad. the AI is horrific, and once you get to the higher difficulty levels, preset cup races are nigh impossible to podium. also im extremely sick of 6x time wear on EVERY THING IN THE GAME. endurance races are miserable, and it feels like AI never need tires or brakes. they only pit for damage. the amount of times ive been pushed off the shoulder of a straight or been punted into a turn by AI is astonishing. game is pretty dog water. 300hrs and i am uninstalling.
I love/played all Forza games since the Xbox 360 days. Haven't encountered any Cheaters, just a bunch of idiots driving cars faster than they can handle, and people that don't understand proper racing etiquette for leaving extra space in corners. Most racers in this game are completely oblivious to their surroundings, so be ready for that if you actually want to race. On the occasion I have a few great competitive races with some drivers that actually understand how to race, and those races are awesome and provide some adrenaline, but those are rare. Side note: Why is there not a vote to kick option (similar to counterstrike) on the meetup open lobby races?? Majority of the time (8 out of 10 lobbies) there is some jack wagon just driving the opposite direction intentionally hitting other drivers and ruining their fun. This needs to be stopped somehow. other than that the game is okay, some of the engine sounds are jacked up and sound like crap but the cars look cool and graphics are ...
Progress vanished after 45 hours of gameplay and Forza support was unable to help in any way. Your save data isn't safe on Microsoft's servers. Never buying an "always online" game ever again.
I've heard terrible things about this game but it's actually one of the most fun and challenging simcades around. Shame about Turn 10 being gutted though. Microsoft should not give up on this game yet because the core elements are there.
the racing is great, farming creds and dealing with the horrible menus is not the fact that it is always online means there are no real mods to fix the UI, and credits will have to be farmed through grinding endless laps until you are able to afford the cars you want. please add a "simulator mode" so players can just play offline with any car they want.
-> Start game -> Unskippable cutscene -> Loading -> Unskippable cutscene -> Loading -> Unskippable "Tutorial" -> Loading -> "Tutorial" part 2 -> Loading -> More unskippable cutscenes -> First event start, finally some gameplay -> Rear ended by AI in first corner, Immediately get a penalty -> Refund time
Weeeeel... First of all. It Feels like Free to Play game. You'll find out later. There is NO good game or maybe there is no game at all.. Maybe. Game have a bunch of problems, feels like developers stuck in middleage. Here are some of them: -Can't move HUD closer to the center as I can do in Forza Horizon. -I can't set level of opacity for rivals to be as it was in forza 7, they're transparent not enough. -Not all cars are available in for premium edition. For example, I can't get Lexus LFA or Lamborhini Murcielago in the store. But some ricers cars like mazda 3 from 1980s or 90s are available. Why should I vet them in season races or smth like that? I PAYED for this game, I do not want Free to Play game mechanics. I bought the premium edition . I do not have access to all the cars? What a piece of $#!+. Feels like Xbox core elite gamepad. I mean total disappointment. I'm too lazy to write all the problems, but these make me mad the most. The only good thing about this game is ca...
-----50% OFF REVIEW----- This game has some annoyances, first off that it's lacking single player content compared to previous entries, but the bones for a controller friendly, Gran Turismo esque multiplayer experience is here. I'd recommend it ON THE BASIS that you like to race multiplayer races online and are willing to spend some time increasing your online safety rating and skill rating. If you do, this the game completely changes and becomes a really good competitor to GT7 in terms of the skill based multiplayer races. I'm S ranked safety and hovering around a 4980 skill rating (max is 5000) and the racing is REALLY CLEAN and close. There is also Spec series events in the multiplayer racing where the upgrades of the cars are disabled and all you can do is adjust the tuning settings, although there's almost always someone that's uploaded a good spec tune for that series on the storefront so you aren't disadvantaged if you don't know how to tune. Since the game's PI system isn't p...
