Chores of Corruption

Chores of Corruption has a really unique theme which I like. The subtle humor is great and the game-play is fun and addicting. The unique items and unlocks really make every run somewhat unique and different. Some concepts may be not super intuitive to understand at first (such as the corruption system) but after a couple of rounds its easy to understand; really fun, would recommend; especially for the super fair price its sold for

A cool idea for the game, but the brightness effects are obnoxious. Some of them, particularly some that brighten up the whole map, are super distracting. An option to turn them off would be good. Once that is added I'll probably delete this or change it. The Hellfire weapon has made the game unplayable for me. Sorry, but I'm out.

Really fun game! Surprisingly difficult and an really great unlock path so far! Each run feels very unique and some of the upgrades are so ridiculously funny! I can't wait to see what else I can unlock (still TONS locked behind playthroughs)! Also a great idea to have two game modes with the regular run and the corruption run! Some great nightmare stuff in there haha. IS EATING THE CAKE WORTH IT??? can't wait for the next update, and def can't wait to load up the next run!

Okay so even just the first few runs - where I died horibly due to a corrupted apple hitting me from a corner, feel incredible smooth! From what I have seen and felt, it actually feels like a FULL game already! Lots to unlock and experiment with. - Of course, some balancing and tweaking to probabilities are needed but all in all I am super impressed! The Discord is active and encourages me to submit ideas and feedback - so that's another Plus. Having items influence the corruption is a cool feature that differentiates this one from other survivor-like games I played so far. Curious to how this mechanic plays out and how long the whole progression will take me. As every new item and character shuffles the available options, I can see myself spending a good amount of time in the Haunted Mansion ;)

Awesome bullet hell game, just balance your offence with your defence!

This is a solid survivor bullet heaven game in the vein of Brotato. It have very limited fix screen Areana with some obstacles. The mission is based on timed waves where at the end of every wave you can choose an Upgrade or new Weapon. You also can levelup by gathering blood drops, what you can spend on random quality passives. The gameplay is fluid, but difficulty raise up fast because of small Arena. It dont have Meta progress with credit based unlocks, but with achivements you unlock more characters, weapons and their upgrades. The character are funny tools like scared Toaster, commando toaster, old mobile phone etc. Overall the graphics and animations give the feeling of a quality work. Recommended of this genre.
