All the things that I loved about the first game - characters, art, humor, minigames, it is all present in the second game on the same or higher level. Therefore, I would not hesitate to recommend this game. It is a worthy continuation of the first game. The main difference I see is that the second game focuses more on the visual novel part of the game, reducing the amount of "game-like" features that the first game had. Yes, the second game is shorter than the first one, but I still managed to get over 40 hours in for one playthrough, which is quite a lot for an AVN game imo (the first game is exhaustingly HUGE, so comparing can be difficult). The playtime is cut mostly by reducing the number of fetch quests, collectibles, removing the mobile apps etc., focusing one the storyline, which is more linear than in the first game.
