About the Game

Fight as a God

Choose your God from across mythology and wield unique godly abilities. Hurl bolts of lightning as Zeus, master the arcane powers of death as Anubis, or backstab your foes as Loki.

The Third-Person Action MOBA

No other game offers combat that feels like your favorite hero shooter, crossed with the deep strategy you can only find in a 5v5 MOBA. Feel the impact of every shot, sneak up on enemies, and combo abilities with teammates to take down the enemy Titan in Conquest mode, or defeat waves of minions and enemy Gods to secure victory in Arena mode.

Play Anywhere, With Anyone

SMITE 2 features full cross-play and cross-progression, so you can play with friends regardless of platform and take your unlocks with you.

SMITE, Reforged

More than 40 million players have enjoyed SMITE. Now the next generation of action MOBA begins, with immersive visuals powered by Unreal Engine 5, more impactful combat, and new creative gameplay options like playstyle-redefining Aspects to shape the game in your own way.

Minutes to Learn, a Lifetime to Master

SMITE 2 is the easiest MOBA to start playing, with features like auto-build and auto-level so you focus on fighting. But the full depth of MOBA gameplay awaits, letting you find your own path to victory across item building, map control, tactical brilliance, or simply outplaying your foes. Compete in a variety of game modes with the right complexity for your mood: The deathmatch-like 5v5 Arena mode, 3v3 single-lane Joust, 5v5 random character Assault, the classic 5v5 three-lane Conquest, and Ranked Conquest, where you’ll climb the leaderboards and become a true god in the SMITE 2 community.

Great Rewards Await

If you played SMITE, your Divine Legacy is waiting for you in SMITE 2. You’ll have access to amazing cross-gen skins, badges and Legacy Gems after you link your SMITE account.

This game can be great. Has been great. But whoever at Hirez that decided to take out anti heal and putting more healing items in, make tanky items that do more damage than "damage" items; needs to be removed from further decisions. Makes the game practically unplayable when a tank is healing more than the damage you are outputting. BRING BACK ANTI HEAL

In its current state I would say that it is a worthy successor to SMITE 1. I have seen many reviews complaining about the graphics, amount of content, monetization, UI, gameplay, and this and that. All lack real substance and/or genuine objective truths about the game. As a SMITE 1 vet I can say with confidence that the monetization is arguably less predatory than SMITE 1's because not only do you get diamonds just from logging in every day, you also get them from mastering gods as well and also an extra 100 per level up to level 50 if you have the god pass. The purchases requiring half diamonds and half legacy gems then become very minor complaints if you play semi-regularly. The graphics are literally just noticeably better than SMITE 1 so it seems like they are just review bombing. The UI is something I initially disliked but it quickly grew on me as I played more and now I prefer it to SMITE 1's UI. The HUD itself is also more customizable than SMITE 1's. The gameplay is smoother a...

I don't understand how Devs can complain about the original game basically being broken because of how badly it's coded and yet come out here and drop this complete bombshell of a video game. I'm not even going to get into the mechanics between items and abilities that's a story for another day. With that being said, It runs like complete trash. This game isn't a Beta because the engine still needs work or even the core game itself, I'm full on suspecting this game is going to run like this at it's full release. The damn thing's movement doesn't even feel right, it feels..."laggy" almost. Included to that, your menu and options GUI looks like they were developed by an indy developer, this game is a beta because of it's lack of gods, and in game item mechanics, also to avoid legal repercussion because it's an "open play free game" so don't hit me with the "oh it's just a beta". I have over 2k hours clocked on PC alone and more than double that on Xbox (in smite 1). I'm so disappointed i...

Not worth the time. Not worth the effort. Smite 2 is an omen for studio companies that are criminally mismanaged. This game is just not good, and don't worry, I’ll explain exactly why. I’ve put hours into Smite 1. I was there when the game had its own client, when the first trailers dropped, and when it finally released in 2014. The idea was amazing. You got to play as Gods from myth, in a third person MOBA format, clashing in fun game modes. The game had promise. But for some reason, Hi Rez, despite having genuinely great ideas, always manages to fumble the ball when it comes to elevating an IP. You can see it in all their titles. Fantastic ideas. Zero follow-through. Rushed. Underappreciated. Undercooked. So when they announced Smite 2, I was excited. Who wouldn’t be? Better graphics, better engine, a fresh start for one of my favorite MOBAs after League, right? Right? Nope. Fuck you. That’s why. Smite 2 is a scam. They took what made Smite 1 great, the blueprints...

Could be so good, but god forbid you leave the game because you were trying to play friends and their crap doesn't work so everyone is not in the same lobby. You leave a casual game and get a 14 hour ban. Your game doesn't work and you feel the need to penalize people just trying to play casually with friends. Why did i spend money on this again?

Greedy fucking pigs put a battle pass on literally EVERY SINGLE GOD. The things you used to get for 100% free in Smite 1 now cost real dollars. What a joke.

I have a few thousand hours on smite 1. I came back when smite 2 first released and thought it was okay. Nothing special, pretty buggy but it was also early days. So quit again and figured I'd try again when it was more established. So i tried again today but smite has decided I'm not allowed to play the game. I must first play vs AI for a few hours then vs players (probably more AI as player count is so low) until level 15. So, despite having thousands of hours in the game. And the game play being basically the same. I need to spend 10+ hours vs AI in arena just to have the privilege of playing the game? Nah, I'm good.
