Mighty Marbles

Its a 50:50 Positiv review, so more a neutral. i played the first world "Toybox" but had a few bugs. • the Physic of the Marbel is sometimes odd, it should easily slide down the orange ramp but gets stuck on the fence. • the violet jump cups have something with the hitbox, if the marbel htis the rim of said cup, it sometimes count as if the ball is of the course and will reset the obstacle. besides the physic and some polishment its a nice game with a cool idea, i would like to see a free adjustable camera and better physic of the marbel, since im not a game dev myself but had some fun playing around in different engines i know how hard it is to get things right. give this game a chance, i think its worth it :)

We Screwball Scramble up in this mf. Controller support is a little wonky in the menus and the physics are a little off at times, but that didn't stop me from having a good time. A free roaming camera might also be a good addition some day.

Entertaining and fun physics based marble game. Great assortment of gadgets to be challenged by and keeps it fresh. It's also easy to go at your own pace so I found it can be relaxing as just taking my time to work through the levels. Really enjoying the Machine course and looking forward to spending more time playing. Great all round and very nostalgic, highly recommended.

Mighty Marbles is a plastic marble playset simulator in the truest sense, and I walked away from it with a fresh understanding of exactly why I stopped playing with those decades ago. It has everything - cheap plastic mechanisms with awful manufacturing tolerances that make your balls fly sideways even in sections where you can't adjust your trajectory at all, 5 cent circuitry that decides your marble left the course when it clearly landed inside the cup, shoddy controls that are too slow to respond for you to adjust course in a reasonable time or react to anything unexpected, and a hostile rulebook that makes you restart the entire course without restarting the timer whenever the first two things happen. Mighty Marbles is a good game for a very specific audience that I'm not part of. I can recognize that it will be generally a good time for members of that audience, succeeds in its design goals, and is made by a solo dev, which is why I will be rating positive and not refunding, b...
