Blood Omen 2: Legacy of Kain

Has anyone ever actually played this game? I bought this game New for Original Xbox, not even getting 30 minutes into the game before it crashes. I blamed the CD, bought another copy, My Xbox red rings...Ok, Bought a 360, surly this console must have the power. Oh its not reverse compatible? Ouch...Ok..A lot of time passes(decades even),"I'll buy it on steam"....The Game crashes by the second person you have to feed from. STILL. How are they selling copies of this for money still? MY review? I would like a million dollars in grief for the past 30 year of wishing I could play this game, buying it 3 times and still not being able to play it without being a wizard at manipulating through the game files. :( ("Did I receive this product for free?", Far from it sir)

It's not great. I'll say that. In fact it's barely playable by modern standards, but I'm still going to give this my recommendation. If you use the recommended controller layout it's fairly playable. Also the game works fine on Windows 11, I had a few crashes near the end of the game but overall it played fine. When this game came out in 2002 I thought it was the 2nd coolest game ever, with Soul Reaver 2 being the coolest game ever. I remember I thought it was so cool I showed it to a friend of mine who proceeded to tell me it was the blandest most generic PS2 style game he had ever seen (I was showing him the PC version), and I was like "Whaaat? But this character Kain is so awesome!" That said, my friend was right. This game isn't very good especially considering it came out after Soul Reaver 2. Combat takes some serious getting used to, but once you do it is easy but has no depth. The control is stiff and it really hurts that it doesn't have camera relative movement. The boss...
