The survival and crafting systems are fantastic, but the AI enemies can feel a bit overwhelming at times. Playing co-op makes it much more fun than solo.

About This Game
Build, explore, survive in this terrifying first person survival horror simulator.
Key features
Enter a living, breathing world, where every tree and plant can be chopped down. Below ground explore a vast network of caves and underground lakes.
- Chop down trees to build a camp, or start a fire to keep warm. Scavenge food to keep yourself from starving.
- Build a small shelter or a large ocean side fortress. Lay traps and defences to keep a safe perimeter.
- Explore and build during the day. Defend your base at night. Craft weapons and tools. Bunker down during the evening or bring the fight directly to the enemy.
- Defend yourself against a clan of genetic mutant enemies that have beliefs, families, morals and that appear almost human.
- Use stealth to evade enemies, or engage them directly with crude weapons built from sticks and stones.

Fun game, some times scary because neighbors wont let you live peacfully. So many things to build in the open world. Story was good,
will leave you on a cliffhanger (depending on the ending)
. Looking forward to play Sons of the forest Fun fact: There a new demon you get to see if you stay for more than ~74 days in the game.
The developer got a little confused and thought removing the early access tag would magically finish the game.
Very fun, if someone is into survival genres it's definitely worth a try. Pros: - You have recipes for most of craftable items written out when you hover over any items, and they get crossed off the checklist, so it's easy to keep track of what you need to make - The Island is very pretty, the assets are very good for this kinda low budget game - Once you figure out how to consistently headshot with arrows, it's loads of fun - You can build boats and sail around - You can build just about any form of building you can think of, if you're willing to invest time into it - Playing this game in multiplayer with friends makes it infinitely more fun Cons: - There's absolutely no vehicles, and that's a lot of running and losing stamina cuz the island is quite big - The caves are very dark, and even with different sources of lighting, like a torch, you cannot see anything much, the flashlight makes it better but you gotta find it first - It is very difficult to play without guides, you gotta ...
just absolutely 0 direction as to where you have to go, went to absolute Bagdad down the crater, dove down to the other cave made it all the way to the gate for me to need some keycard from a different cave on the other side of the world only way to ever play this game is either spend 1k hours to know the whole map like the back of your hand or just step by step with a guide.
Really good game, glad my friends reintroduced me to this (Thanks gays!) 9/10
best game to play with friends, we basically made it into a building simulator xd
соседи какие то недружелюбные я приготовил вкусную обжаренную ножку они еще разозлились и напали на меня !!! не советую в это играть. // The neighbors are somehow unfriendly, I cooked a delicious roasted leg, and they got even angrier and attacked me!!! I do not recommend playing this.
It's a good boredom breaker, there's a lot to take in, but in a good way, and I would recommend it to others as it's quite an enjoyable and fun survival game.
