It's an awesome game concept with beautiful art, an amazing game concept, great music, and the potential for so much growth. I can't recommend it currently because it feels like a multitude of functions just aren't working properly (and in many cases the math just doesn't math). There's a good handful of builds that just don't work for the game, some enemies have hidden functions despite actions being displayed (enemy with attack icon doing an aoe attack without a different icon), and many of the roguelike elements just don't feel rewarding. It is however a very addicting concept and I hope that they're able to sort these issues out before launch.

Nice change up in the genera of rogue like. Game in it self is pretty fun. It has some potential going onward. You can also turn off your brain on this game, and its not to hard at start. Seems to be a minor visual glitch in Linux but nothing should stop you from playing it over there, tested in windows and did not see any visual glitches there. I belive the visual glitch can be tied to proton and Nvidia driver. Looking at ProtonDB, another nvidia user had the same issue.
This game is a very unique roguelike. The only thing I ask is that you buff the first character because their's no reason to use him over any other character.
Fantastic replayability and fun. If you like rougelikes and clawgames. You will like this guaranteed!
After capturing all of the current achievements, I'm ready to leave a review. I enjoy this game and I would recommend it to fans of the genre. It being inherently a claw machine makes it unique in this space (and addicting). I've learned a lot about claw manipulation and compared to my buddy, it makes a difference, especially as you work through the debt (ascension) levels. The game is very easy in the beginning. I was able to capture wins with each character on my first or second try. Even the ascensions feel a bit easy with access to the rewards from winning with a character. The difficulty however of the debt levels gets very steep after level 10. Debt level 19 and 20 were very difficult. I tried 4 separate characters and configurations before landing on a strategy that I eventually won with. Unfortunately, there is a lot of luck involved at these levels since you MUST have self-scaling perks or items to win at this point. I think some balancing is needed across the board. I als...
