With a saturated market this game fucks. Has a lot more depth than expected. Has a story to it which is kinda dope. Multitude of characters along with being able to subclass with other characters HAS 3 PLAYER COOP????? Scaling of powers and talents seems fair, has A LOT of ways to build for a run. A LOT of these talents are whimsical yet they can work in your favor. I had a talent where anytme i revived a homie we became ONE where he controlled me and himself while i could use all my abilities we fucking DBZ FUSED??? Weapons galore, The game just plays like one big reference all the items and weapons fucking dope from different games and shows. Everytime you win ya lil guy bust a fuckin MOVE, but if you lose Satan straight digs in yo shit im not even kidding check it out

From the devs
Thank you very much for your support of the Apocalypse Party series! I have evolved into a small studio since the first generation! In this generation, my teammates and I have added a ton of new content, and we are looking forward to bringing you an even richer game experience!
About the Game
The moment of "Apocalypse" approaches, this time... ...you fight for yourself!
「Apocalypse Party」 is distinct from the former 「Project Zero」In this installment, you will delve deeper into this long-standing battle, with the story gradually becoming incredible! Time travel? Apocalypse? Saving the world? You will face many more unknown challenges... ...
But it still retains our beloved RogueLike + mowing-down-enemies combo, and you will face this catastrophe online with your friends (of course, you can also face it alone)!
■ New Mode: Infinite Dungeon ■

In this new mode, you will face wave after wave of fierce monster attacks. In addition to regular talent upgrades, you can also purchase blessings, weapons, forging, talent packs, consumables, and even make bets from the shop! Here, there is no limit to your growth; your stats will inflate indefinitely!
■ Both Fun and Deep Builds ■
The total number of talents exceeds 570! And most of them are mechanic-changing talents.
Additionally, there are:
- Over 60 different types of weapons with unique feels!
- 20+ imaginative ultimate skills! (Including various spells, driving vehicles, summoning bombers, transforming into a mountain giant, or even using the mysterious two-dimensional foil, etc.)
- A wide variety of summons to assist you in battle!
■ Supports Multiplayer, shall we join the hunting party tonight? ■
Massive hordes of zombies and exhilarating slash-and-hack, why enjoy it alone?
Imagine the joy of navigating through a sea of zombies with your friends!
Invite them to try and survive the apocalypse together! (Supports up to 3 players)
Of course, we must kindly remind you, the possibility of "friendship-ending" is not excluded.
■ A Wall of Characters, Plenty to Choose From ■
40 characters, each with 3 different passive skills. Here you can choose to become:
- The Dragon Mother, flying on a dragon
- A Beastmaster who can transform into a wolf
- An Electronic Musician who makes the hordes dance
- A Sexy Dealer who gambles with every level up
- Or even a Bard who turns the game into a rhythm game (increasingly outrageous)
■ Multiple Modes, More Than Just Slash-and-Hack ■
In addition to the Zero Mode where you harvest zombie hordes, you can climb towers and challenge human limits in the new "Infinite Dungeon" mode. Or complete a speedrun in the ultra-difficult "Hell Mode" to hit the leaderboards! Here, all sorts of hardcore needs can be satisfied.
■ You Will Be Enemies With All of Hell ■
Each battle will encounter a random Boss. Only with the right build can you defeat them! Upon successfully reaching the final level, the Lord of Hell - Satan will welcome you!
Be prepared for a fierce battle, my friend!
...
"Since the apocalypse is here, join us for the last revelry."

User Reviews
Had a quick play of this since the video looks amazing. But there is one glaring weakness that makes playing this game not enjoyable. Let's start with the good: + This is a Bullet Heaven game, the concept is nice, there is a story (only started it, but it looks ok) + There are objectives aside from survival (which is good) + I played one character so far and the weapon variety and its tooltips are nice to see. Now for the glaring weakness: - The damn auto aim, this is not an FPS, auto aim should be something available for this genre. I just checked reviews after purchasing this and played for a bit and it seems to be an ongoing thing. Having a game for this long without that being fixed is a red flag. I do notice it kinda pushes a bit, but seeing my character firing into space looks odd. Maybe this issue is not game breaking but in a game where you are surrounded by mobs, the last thing you want is to fire at nothing. Had played a lot of games similar to this (Vampi...
is good
It's good.
Lags and major frame drops towards the end. 4090 with a 400 cpu and you just get so much delay. Enemies towards the end don’t take damage and then they end up just disappearing. Botato and Binding of Isaac run better than this in the end game. Would refund but I played it with friends past 2 hours.
fun game, love the synergies with the tags, weapons and abilities!
Needs optimisation if you are using builds that has many projectiles/animations, framerate drops to 15fps and becomes a powerpoint presentation. Other than that, there are many build varieties in the game, it's fun for the current discounted price
A fun roguelike bullet hell type game with lots of characters and weapons to try and unlock. Runs okay on Steamdeck with screen and graphical effects turned on low, but can run. Better on PC. Fun to jump in and jump out for short gaming sessions. Not something I’d recommend that’s a need to try, but if it’s on sale I’d say give it a go. Not the best experience, but challenging and fun enough if it’s on sale. Again, not something I’d write home about and tell my friends to get out and try asap, but fun enough for short gaming sessions. Especially if you enjoy the genre of a waves of enemies. Boss battles are challenging enough. I’d give it a 5.5/10 overall. Not the worst.
