I'm not sure why but the game has become something I could use as a sleep aid. I remember having a blast with it before and stopped before Act 2 was added. Now there's this massive grind for characters and some gear rework that overall just made the game grindy and something I couldn't enjoy anymore. I genuinely begin dozing off somewhere in the 12:00 minute mark almost every time during a second run. It's comforting and soothing but I don't think that's what a game like this should be. I don't really want to fall asleep playing video games when a point n' click adventure somehow keeps my attention more. Maybe it's the lack of impact abilities have on the SFX/VFX department, or the fact that I have to play a character on the 1st Act 4 or 5 times in order to get to the actual meat of that particular skill tree. The overall concept is great but everything has become so flaccid to me. There's something crucial missing in the formula here. I enjoy making builds on goofy numbers games as mu...

Act 1 - good Act 2 - good Act 3 - DOGWATER You can't see sh!t on the 3rd map. WHATS ATTACKING ME? AM I STUCK ON A TREE AGAIN? AWESOME. LOVE IT. OH STUCK ON THE EDGE OF THE MAP AND CANT MOVE ON THE 2ND BOSS FIGHT AFTER GRINDING FOR 15MINS? OOPSIE THATS A FEATURE NOT A BUG Delete the 3rd map/act and make another one. Actual dog water
If you had fun so far, Act 3 is where the fun stops. Devs somehow thought that spamming enemies that noscope snipe you with 360 degrees autotracking arrows from beyond the screen was fun. On top of that the area is dark AF and its nearly impossible to keep track of all the new enemies "rushing" towards you. Also the green thorns guy. Fuck him. Though as nails, spams his shitty ass walls all over the place and he's not even marked as a champion. Best strategy is literally running away from him. First boss is also ridiculous. Constantly spams his perfect autotracking grab from afar and insta chains his slam attacks to the point doing it as melee is a slog even worse as it was before. Don't recommend it unless they chop the health of some mobs BY HALF and balance it THROUGROULY
You know what? i come back to play this game and see what have i play when 1 year ago.... i don't understand anything anymore..... I need "New game" button
I just dislike that there is a lvl up limit. You are forced to play specific builds instead of just pumping everything to the max. I'm sorry but this isnt Diablo 2. Its a small game which should be running on the background while watching a movie.
vampire survivor meets hades
good game i casnt get passed tjhhe greeen glob bloob slimily thuings when they spawn like 100 times at once
There has been times I have been stuck in an enclosed area for 10+ minutes and have to wait for the boss to spawn where I am. Also, when I try to change to another character for another run they do not attack during the run.
Bit of Vampire Survivors, bit of Hades. Good variety of characters, unlocks, powers. 11 hours in and having an absolute blast so far. It has already been excellent value for money!
The developers try to break every strong combination with every content patch. Just another fasho dev dictating the players on how to have fun.
