About This Game
A young girl named Suria wakes up in a laboratory and finds out that she has been put in cryosleep for 1000 years without her knowledge.
In order to search for the rest of humanity, she builds Labor with her trusty Buds, and sends them off to investigate...
Highly Customizable Player Characters and Arms
Build and control android soldiers called "Labor", or have them pilot giant machines called "Arms". Each and every Labor and Arms you build is highly customizable. You can change the color and appearance of their features, or swap out parts to change their fighting styles. Create and fight with the mech of your dreams!
Effortlessly Wipe Out Hordes of Enemies
Labor can be strengthened by installing different types of apps. App disks can be obtained by defeating enemies, but you lose all installed apps when you fall in battle.
However, by analyzing an app's data, you can use it when you customize your next Labor, allowing you to perform better each run until you can freely trample all over your opponents with ease.
Obtain Enemy Arms Parts on the Go
Even the most powerful Arms will eventually wear down, but when that happens, you can use Arms parts left behind by the enemy. What's more, you can analyze the blueprints of powerful Arms parts over the course of the game, which unlocks various customization options. Find out what kind of gear suits you best to build the ideal mech.
Ray Tracing and Ever-Changing Music
This game uses the same retro art style as Samurai Bringer, but just like Samurai Bringer, it also implements a real time pixel art generating system, and will also feature the newest raytracing technology for beautifully lit environments. The music too is made with the newest technology, as it is played in real time and changes according to the situation.
The Story
The sky is blue, infinitely high, and infinitely vast...Whose words were these again...?
Ah, I remember... It was about a virtual reality Rudra told me about.
A fairy tale.
How many years has it been since humanity took refuge underground?
No one alive has ever seen a blue sky.
And now, I'm trapped in the depths, in a small, lifeless room.
Just how long have I been here...?

User Reviews
I played quite a few hours of Samurai Bringer on switch. This is that, plus you can build mechs, too. Pretty cool, like any roguelike the gameplay loop is fun but can get old fast. Good in smaller doses.
I strongly feel like this game was made with mostly animators and writers. Great visuals, story, and plenty things that help fulfill the mecha fantasy with those controls, weapons and upgrades variety. But gameplay is seriously bad. Roguelike with dumb enemies and even bosses, so you either mow through them or get outmatched in stats until you farm enough meta progression. You can be way too weak for the third floor yet one-shot everything on the first floor. This just turns the first floor into a chore you either skip or stay in to farm currencies and discs (discs are power-ups limited to the run that you can stack beforehand). With how combat goes, there isn't much room to get far with skill alone. I had beaten a boss too strong for me by avoiding all damage, but this took a really long time even though I was doing nothing except output my damage, and the enemies in the next floor wiped me easily. And when I got strong enough to reach the final boss for the first time, I lite...
me robot. Shoot gun. Swing Sword. Kill bad robots. Good
Neat game, great gameplay an customization, i wish it was a litter longer
Game feels fun to play, collecting different mech parts/mods is satisfying. all in all, worth giving a shot if you're a mech fan.
This is an awesome mecha game, and everyone knows the world needs more awesome mecha games.
Fun, addictive roguelite mech game with lots of customization available by collecting parts in missions, often by blasting them off the chassis of enemy mechs. You can also hop out to board other mechs you find scattered throughout levels. Or to continue the fight on foot in your pilot's robot body, which your operator is controlling remotely from back at base. What really shines here is the art style. The mechs and their attacks look amazing, a bit reminiscent, in a good way, of PS1-era 3D models but with updated animations and effects. There is a good mix of melee and ranged combat, and the mechanical designs will delight any fan of mech-based anime series and games.
Holy peak this game is great. Been playing basically for a whole day and just can't put the game down, it's so fun. If you like mechs and games like Armored Core or the old MechAssault games you'll love this. Metal Bringer has great combat that has a lot of depth and options depending on your customizations and everything gets laid out for you as you would expect a mech to present the information on your gear. Customizing your mech with gear and weapons you like + being able to color them is super awesome giving every player their own unique look and playstyle. The only draw is the way the camera works in this game. Most people probably don't play with keyboard and mouse like I do but I've seen some complaints about the camera with controller. The camera is operated separately from the character between using q+e for camera and the mouse for the player. If you are playing with keyboard and mouse I recommend changing some binds to make the game easier to control.
This game is most excellent. I want to inject it into my bones.
