The game is good, but the reason for the bad review is because of the rude ass staff team. MOST of them are entirely rude for no reason and completely blow off suggestions and make fun of people for making them. The staff also LOVE killing small modding projects that are CLIENT SIDED ONLY

I have a list of my top 10 favorite games of all time. But there's also some games I call my "number 0 games" because they go well above and beyond what makes a game my favorite, not only because of how good they are but because of what they mean to me, or how they've affected my life. TA:VR is one of those games. I can't promise that you will feel the same that I do, but If you have people to play this with or know how to make friends, this game is fantastic and there's nothing else like it on the market. Because if you don't have people to play with, or don't know how to make friends, you will be put up against what is literally the worst online community I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my 20 years of online gaming. Bought this for over $25 Canadian, over the span of years only got a couple of maps and guns and camos as updates, (re-textures and re-using of already made assets for a majority). The only real love this game has gotten since I have bought it is this upcoming DLC (funny what waving money around can do for the teams morale), and now I'm being expected to pay another $10 for my unfinished product I've been waiting years for you guys to work on. Why not increase the game price if you needed extra cash? Certainly not because you already know you're not drawing in new players and need to fleece the people who have already been supporting your project. This is the last time I buy anything from this team or publisher, everything about how you guys move is unprofessional and anti-customer.

announcing paid dlc while still in early access is a joke

I really like this game and it breaks my heart to have to write a negative review but paid DLC before V1 is even released, seriously? Since when do games offer new paid content before even finishing the base content? Finish the game, listen to the community, fix what's wrong and then release new paid content if you want.

Negative review because they want to Release Paid DLC for an unfinished game, there is not enough to do in the base game for you to be pay walling shit that should be a regular update, shame on you.

Game itself was good on release & had potential. Making early access buyers pay an additional 50% for what should be a bomb as update is just bad optics no matter what. The field of tactical VR shooters has plenty of competition much more worth your time instead. Edit: And the DLC is only going to contain 50% of the content on launch. Yeah no, do not support anyone involved with this.
