Rack and Slay

I love it, you need to get into the harder levels before it starts to present enough of a challenge but it's a very chill game. It's amazing value for money, wish there was more content I could buy.

Cute, entertaining little roguelike that takes 10-12hrs to 100%. Some replayability is offered via daily runs (challenges), wild runs and a goal-oriented challenge mode. Giving players the ability to adjust the length and difficulty of a run means this game can easily slot into the 'pick up and play' category, allowing short bursts of escapism which feel rewarding. Polished aesthetic with enough variety in enemies, upgrades and obstacles/layouts to keep your attention when going for full completion. Definitely worth the price tag - I had a lot of fun with this game.

I disagree with the reviews complaining about longevity of the game. Nothing wrong with a roguelike that's here to give you a good time and a shorter time, not needing you to grind out 800 achievements. I liked it a lot! Support the dev for next time.

very easy game after long day of work

The mechanics are simple to understand and 10 levels aren't all that long to go through at a time. I thought I was only going to play it for so long my first time, but then I saw that I spent several hours on it when I was finally done for the day. There are challenge modes that make playthoughs more interesting if you're ready for a challenge.

I have no idea how you can make a game with such an interesting premise and then only have items that are boring as fuck. Gameplay stays the same throughout the entire run. There is no creativity in this game. Everything works, but it's far from exciting.
