About This Game

Make your way through disturbing and eeire levels from the backrooms lore. Each level has unique objectives, optional objectives and resources. Bring whatever you get your hands on back to Traders Keep in The Hub or use your resources to craft new gear and equipment.

Procedural Generation
The Metro brings explorers to random unknown levels with unknown threats. The possibilities are nearly endless.
Use your "Journal" to document your findings in these levels. The M.E.G finds great value in accurate documentation.

Entities
There are multiple different entities you can encounter, they're all unique but have one thing in common, they do not make great friends. Beware and listen closely for any noise out of the ordinary. Save your stamina, because you're gonna need every last breath.

Defense
Some entities have weaknesses you can exploit to make an escape

Immersion
Large nonlinear levels with realistic graphics, eerie sounds from unknown sources and proximity voicechat with dynamic reverb will give you an immersive experience to write home about.

Co-op
Start your journey all alone or with a group of up to 8 players. Help eachother traverse the unknown and gather what you need to strive and survive in the backrooms.

The Hub
The Hub is your safe space, it's a seemingly infinite subterranean highway tunnel, wich has a direct connection to all levels in the form of evenly spaced doors along the walls of the tunnel. The Hub also has a permanently open door leading straight into Traders Keep, where you can trade and get contracts.

Loot, trade and craft
Scavenge each level for resources, valuables and gear. Some loot is level specific. You can use specific resources to craft certain gear to make your time in the backrooms a bit easier. You can make money by selling loot to vendors in Traders Keep and by completing contracts you get from a M.E.G operative, also in Traders Keep.

Sanity
Entities and other sources can cause your sanity to crumble, keep your sanity high by drinking almond water to withstand enitity attacks and other harmful elements.

Super cool concept and very gameplay-based. Just as atmospheric as other horror backrooms style games but more centralized around the gameplay. While it can get tiresome of wandering for what seems like forever, discovering new things and trying to document the levels as best as you can makes me want to play more. Very fun and scary. Great with friends.

I rarely ever leave reviews, but I felt I had to for this game. The fact that a single developer is creating this entirely on their own makes it even more impressive. You can clearly see the effort and passion put into every detail—from the monsters and levels to the escape routes and progression system. It’s by far my favorite Backrooms game. On top of that, there are goals to work toward like levels, badges, and in-game currency, which really add to the experience. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot—you won’t be disappointed.

A lot of fun to figure out, plenty to grind up for and the game rewards you for your hard work and strategizing. I just wish you could customize the trader's keep a bit more.

Pretty good game to play with friends. Do wish the levels were a bit smaller. It is a bit of a running simulator. If you dont have a good sense of direction and/or don't use your spray can, it can be annoying. The Classrooms map is like the perfect size, but wish there was more variety, less straight hallways. The monsters need more than 1 specific defense, especially the rat as the defense against it requires you to fight another monster to make bait for the rat. (Molotov or blaster for rat and dog). Level 0: OK map. Decent direction. Level 0?: Bigger, Little Harder (thats what she said) then level 0 Level 2.6: Bit winding but can make it through. Level 84: Friendship ending level, 2 part map, 1st part suck, 2nd part manageable Level 177: Great sized map, wish there was more variety Level 9: Running Sim, some houses are way too far away from each other, and make sure you hide before you get to the gate if something is chasing you. The Metro: Too Expensive to revive. More places to h...

It's bad, but there's lots of blueprints, suits, accessories, and craftables that are pretty rare so if you're into looking for that stuff forever then this is for you.
