OWLMAN

I like the concept of found footage, but the game is buggy. The car got stuck in a rock at the very beginning and I didn't bother to reload the level. Need a bit more polishing, imho.

I'm a bit conflicted. For $3 I could do alot worse. The game is well made, The initial horror of the unknown was very strong, but then seeing (and dying) to the big bad within the first 10 minutes really lost its tension. The fact I got to the end within 20 minutes of game play was disappointing too. I went into this blind and was hoping it was more of a longer hunter and pray horror game where you slowly go mad while it taunts you, that was the impression I got from the store page at least. In the end I'd recommend it when it goes F2P, then it is worth it for the experience. Although I do respect smaller indie devs for trying interesting ideas. Hopefully the sequel improves on this one.

A new horror VHS type game that will have you searching for some tapes of the lost family and motorist. I've only managed to find 1 tape before I was captured by the Owlman lol. I guess it was supposed to catch me since it put me in a new area where more tapes probably were but I got out of the cave and the game ended 😕.
