Full Throttle Remastered

This game crashes as soon as I start it. The interactive menu doesn't come up in the dumpster scene instead when I left click it acts like I'm punching.

Classic point and click with an engaging short narrative. Lucas Arts.. man my nostalgia. Surprisingly difficult at times, but worth the playthrough especially if you remember these games fondly.

There is a known bug and still no fix available: https://www.doublefine.com/games/support/crash-after-minefield-puzzle-full-throttle?platform=windows I tried everything, Windows mode, classic mode, FPS limiter, clicking the top bar, using integrated graphics (also AMD), Nothing helps. Can't progress the story. So basically broken. To even run the game I had to turn on compatibility mode (Windows 7). Better of with ScummVM and an old ISO.

Good old Full Throttle, with smoother graphics. WHY didn't they do a point-and-click sequel?

Quick review: 3 ### Metric ### 1- Garbage. :( 2- Did not fulfill the purpose. 3 - Ok, fulfilled the purpose. 4 - A good game! 5 - Just play and be happy. :)

A great remaster with good characters, great dialogue, solid worldbuilding and easy but fun puzzles. Its really cool how you can look at the comparison between the original and remastered graphics with just a click of a button. I guess my only gripe is that I beat the game and got all the achievements under 5 hours without a walkthrough. I don't believe its worth its full retail price but on sale its worth.
