About This Game

Originally released in 1986 for home computers, Avenger returned to the fantasy land of Orb, setting of the Way of the Tiger gamebook series and the previous videogame of the same name. Players once again took on the role of Avenger, the ninja warrior, fighting to avenge the death of his foster-father at the hands of Yaemon, the Grand Master of Flame. Now, relive those days in this remastered emulated version.

Contains the Amstrad CPC, Commodore 64, and ZX Spectrum versions of the game.

You must find the stolen Scrolls of Kettsuin and avenge your father's death. Make your way into Quench Heart Keep, finding keys to allow your passage, and kill the powerful guardians.
