Haven't heard of Dragon's Lair?! Well, you play the heroic Dirk the Daring, a valiant knight on a quest to rescue the fair princess from the clutches of an evil dragon! Originally released in the summer of 1983, Dragon's Lair has solidified itself as a cultural icon in gaming.

Control the actions of the daring adventurer, finding your way through the castle of a dark wizard, who has enchanted it with treacherous monsters and obstacles. In the mysterious caverns below the castle, your odyssey continues against the awesome forces that oppose your efforts to reach the dragon’s lair.

This game is broken, I would suggest not buying it unless you want to be frustrated. The "Falling Platforms" level (the later one with 9 floors to exit on) has a bug which prevents the level from being completed. And when you run out of lives and continue, you will always re-start on that same level, requiring that you eventually start a new game, which will end the same way. Most astonishing is that in the "Watch Game" mode, the DEMO ITSELF cannot complete that level, but it does complete ALL the other levels, which proves that it's a bug and you're not just "doing it wrong". It's very disappointing to buy this game which I remember from my youth and not be able to finish it because of a bug. I have contacted Digital Leisure about this issue but have not received any response.
