Even with the community patch installed, this game is a technical mess. Wait for a remaster and avoid this version!

I love this game. It unlocked a ton of memories from my childhood and is genuinely a good RPG, and it still looks beautiful today (Seraphim forever waifu). But this version is barely playable, even with the community patch. At least on Win 11, it crashes and has horrendous fps sometimes. If you're willing to survive the crashes, download an unofficial patch, and edit files to be able to minimally play, do it you won't regret it. But if you're in doubt, I'd wait for the upcoming remaster, it's definitely going to be a better experience.

I'll be fair. I recommend the game but not from Steam. I purchased the game because it was one of my favorites but I cant for the life of me get the game to run.

Yawn fest. A wide open world with barely any story, grindy mechanics, and generic design. I cannot think of a single thing to recommend it by, it feels like playing a post WoW MMO, on your own, with no content.
