9 / 10 The full realisation of the TOMB RAIDER concept. Second time I've been playing it (I already completed this on PS1, and I am on the final Antarctica section this time round, but I'm taking a break to concentrate on other things). Dated graphics and enemy AI, but the level designs are incredibly varied and extremely well crafted, and the gameplay is much better and more playable than the previous instalments. It is renowned for being a game that requires you to think more and observe more in order to beat the levels, but back before YouTube playthroughs existed, discovering and getting through the levels yourself was ans still is part of the TOMB RAIDER magic. Best TOMB RAIDER game ever. And one of my fav games of all time.
